The dividend was too weak and where is David nowadays? He used to do lots of interviews but now we never see him. Time to get your fingers out & start doing better gents

With this new income being projected I guess the stars of the show will be due some pay rises /bonuses as was the case in the 2023 accounts. My guess would be in 2024/2025 :

I wonder what shareholders would get an how growing the share price would be factored in ? Let's be honest we are about to receive the lowest dividend on record at 18p share price when the board got awarded some lovely bonuses in the 2023 accounts.

Personal issues with the board ?

I am a long term holder here an have every right to question what we have been sold over the years from the many interviews I have posted an what has come to fruition versus what they have pocketed. Incredible David felt he needed a £300,000 salary in 2023 because he hadnt already earnt enough on a falling share price ?! Greedy or conned, I can not decide,

I would like to know what the likes of Zac Phillips has earnt with his association here for many years. That we will never know. Zac is the one who prides himself with transparency an perplexes over our dividends. My guess would be he has equally earnt a substantial sum too

Of course David suggested that I should blog for the company when I had my rose tinted glasses on, it all makes sense now.

David is a very shrewd business man.

This is a board for discussion. The share price is poor an the directors renumeration was more than generous. Trust an confidence is poor hence LTH's left an sold on losses. There is nothing wrong with constructive criticism.

I just re listened to the Craig Howie's interview when he was first appointed also I can also see the comments on Linkedin from Craig's previous jobs an the people that he has worked with who are very complementary about him. Craig comes across as having more skills than just an accountant which I would be utilising to try an grow the share price here...

Craig Howie has been employed to bring in new investors...where are they ? No point showing me that video...it is a valuable tool for him surely ?!

On the 20th february 2024 David had an interview with Sarah from Total Market Solutions when the share price was 16.25p ; two pennies less than today. David stated in that interview that:

' He was absolutely certain an could not be more relaxed about the company an the way it was going to increase the share price. Everything is slotting in to place with quite a few rabbits out the hat we are poised for big growth. David has big expectations'

I guess the lowest ever dividend that we all receive this week reflects David's confidence that his £300,000 Brucey bonus was be more than fair in line with our rewards.

We are lucky to have bloggers an the likes of Malcy, ShareTalk an Zac's Cafe all supporting this company too to encourage buyers. Zac's high target share prices are always very exciting to hear. The retweets on the Union Jack X account show how supportive they are of these gurus.
