There has to be some news eventually. All very bizarre.

Would be nice to get some news re the machine/commissioning. I thought we would have been up and running a long time ago.

Don't get the extent of the sell off- doesn't make any sense.

The constant delays are very disappointing. Hopefully some good news this week.

Finally breaking even - shocked at the price rise. Not sure what's driving it.

Novacyt has a really interesting future and has the cash to diversify. As a company it came to prominence during the pandemnic so in the short term that link will remain strong and will lead to what appears overreaction in the market when certain bits of news are released.

I'm happy to have a holding for the long term.

If you express an opinion it doesn't mean you are deramping and I imagine you can get that. This is supposedly a chat room where opinions can be expressed?

The price seems to have settled down so we just have to sit and wait. The amount of speculative short term trades will die down for now.

Nothing is really going to change until some positive news is finally forthcoming. The slow downward drift will continue for now.

This share has had so much bad news in a short time so it needs some positive news eventually.

It's a pretty appalling article which will depress the share. Very little is substantiated but the fact that a national newspaper has chosen to run with it is pretty damaging.

If a product can't be used because the NHS don't know how or don't have the proper resources to make it work then there won't be much of a future.

If the claims made in this article are in no way verified then you question the motives of the journalist?

I understand risk it just seems from reading a lot of the comments that some posters don't. People don't seem quite as stressed out on other share chats .

There is a huge element of risk investing in small companies and RMS demonstrate this. I feel too many investors expect guaranteed returns from small companies and ignore the risk element - you shouldn't be investing if you can't afford the loss.

RMS may take off - it's obviously not simply down to having a good product . Production, sales , marketing etc are always going to hinder a small company and they need to get this moving asap.

Curious as to how low everyone thinks the share price will go? It continues to drop day after day in the absence of any good news and it seems pretty evident a lot of shareholders were focussed on the short term and continue to bow out?

Last few days have been a real lesson about how volatile this market is and I imagine a lot of PIs have thrown away money. The advice from many on here helped me not make a rash decision!
