Before l am accused of being a disgruntled ex employee, l feel l must make the following clear.
The company l joined ten years ago is a world away from the one it is today.
All of its managers were professional and experienced
We had a reliable and spotlessly clean fleet of vehicles.
Staff turnover was minimal ( in fact there was a waiting list to join the company)
You were valued and looked after.
Services were never dropped ( all managers held a licence )
The company was highly regarded in every way.

Fast forward six years. A new MD is appointed, bringing his mates with him. Rapidly dispensing with all of the above,
He has a proven history of failure in the industry.

Which brings us to here, just another basketcase bus company!!!.

After ten years service, l can no longer suffer the embarrassment of working for go East Anglia.
No longer will l have to be at them whim of a professionally incompetent and corrupt alleged management coven!
No longer will l have to see my colleagues die,due to management failures.
No longer will l have to watch certain managers Rob the depot dry
No longer will l have to witness management incompetence cost the company tens of thousands.
But still it will go on!
To all the managers?? Who felt it beneath them to say a courteous goodbye,
This is my goodbye to you all.
Ps the health and safety audit ( which you failed abysmally ) was not a coincidence!!
TO ALL INVESTORS. if this conduct is being repeated on a national level, you may wish to consider investing in the double!!
