Well!that is a godsend for investors.

Most companies will need to raise money at some point, usually through a placing.
Where vast differs,is in the misappropriation of the money raised!
ie : one million raised for new trucks at mainila,no trucks arrived,and the money vanished!!
Friday or Monday,a placing will arrive,sold as a godsend,for investors!
The only certainty with vast is endless placings!
I don't suppose the debt renegotiations are going too well either,when all you have on offer is a bag of mythical diamonds,and a loss making money pit!
