RE: Contract RNS19 Dec 2025 12:06
ShamlessSaltykipsCabbage your such a dosser, apparently yours lady (very loose term) I'm thinking more diane abbott or angela rayner than one and only Margaret
But as kemi said as she bought roboKier to his knees again at pmq's your WRONG
. Win big when it comes to new business - (I don't think this is happening based on H12025 & FY2024 financials - sales were markedly down)
WRONG - this time last year I emailed A&P as I was feeling a little misled personally, the reply I got meant I kept my decent investment in. What they did say publicly though and delivered on get rid of the problem child, resolve the breach, retain established business first then go for the pipeline. Unlike thicko they could see the need to reset foundations and then build...you Muppet
2. Not lose renewal opportunities - (doing better here at long last). Pretty much 80-85% on this π
3. Cut running costs - CPI opening new offices! - (This approach makes little to no sense at all, with so many remote working options these days)
WRONG - New and office expansion has been overseas, they've been closing sites dipsheet the main 'new' location is Liverpool which is historical from the civil service pension
4. Cut overall staff numbers through becoming more efficient in operations - (Still 34k employees, for a business now much smaller the ratio is completely out of proportion now)
WRONG - suggest you email IR at capita as are significantly below 34k employees
5. Close down the loss making parts of the business - (Progress has been made here)
WRONG - the problem child has been adopted by RL and they can see the value in capita going forward to the extent of tying themselves in until 2032 and not taking Β£22m on a plate. So you missed at Β£2:25 you would have nearly doubled your money as several of us have done so already - who do you think everyone is laughing at .... everyday. Don't worry about the contact centre business it will be either start to be turned round in next year or be flogged off for a figure close to our current MCAP
I bet this keeps you up every night oooh sham I wish we'd bought, don't worry cabbage we'll get our Β£2:25. Not in a fxxxing million years πend
