Sillycabbage you obvs can't read or invest the article clearly shows the extra 150 are from cab office side. Imho lil ms little in a pickle as mycsp handed over 2.5x more outstanding 'complicated' cases than they had agreed to on the contract. Like I said before whichever way CO employees mucking in or just a shed load of expensive ccn's to be paid by the cabinet office 2 outcomes this is not and seen as a capita issue and secondly due to breach capita margin on it has increased ....
