Lloyds shares 70 billion=56p, RBS shares 12 billion =£2.28. Good price to buy as many as possible for the divi . This is going nowhere until the buyback is complete, then I see a consolidation on the cards, making millions a week and it doesn't move speaks for itself, jmo.

I also believe shale is on the verge of serious decline judging by the amount of negative news out there regarding heavy oil, if all is true then the gap between wti and brent should be widening not closing, the glut is wti so it's price should be dropping. As for gasoline inventory figures, I didn't realise the us was all electric now, don't believe a word of it, they realised they couldn't fudge the crude too often but gasoline builds force the hedge funds to make other decisions, sorry very cynical.

And another thing, 50 years of Potassium and 30 years of Lithium available to mine at todays usage, largest Potassium mine is in the Democratic Republic of Congo so good luck with that!! This means that new technology will have to be developed on a constant basis as of now. Apparently sales of electric cars are 10% down on last year, not a great start to an era.
