RE: Started26 Nov 2021 10:44
Yanis, as James2nd has said, the core problem is ANGS's entire lack of transparency. They announce a schedule, then let it slide by without saying a word - despite the fact that they must know in advance that an announced schedule is going to slip.
If you're going to tell people (via RNS) that groundworks are starting in Sept... and they don't (for whatever reason), then update those who are paying your salary as soon as you know that schedule is going to be missed. The exact same thing with equipment arrival on site. Don't tell everyone (via RNS) that equipment's going to be on site in Oct, then say literally nothing more until 25th Nov, at which point tweeting some pix of just the first element arriving is simply not good enough.
And where's the promised Nov update? And why does ANGS keep needing to be pressed to supply updates, given the time-critical situation it finds itself in?
What ANGS needs to be above all else is honest and transparent with those it needs to fund it. And it simply isn't being. This is just not right, especially since delivering a sufficient quantity of gas out of Sfby in an ever-shrinking timeframe is literally a matter of continuing existence or not for the company, IMO.
So... how much gas and by when?
