I see this deal as a bad deal, so no chance of me accepting this derisory offer.

I'm certainly not voting for this bad deal. The offer is pathetically low, and Provident are just exiting the troubles of the last 18+ months.

Does anyone here really think Toyota will want a long term disjointed relationship for this technology via Waste2Tricity? Surely it will be more realistic fir them to just buy out PowerHouse so they can get the best value out of this technology? Thoughts?

Agree. I hope this eventually returns to its 150-160 trading range as news spreads in coming weeks. I think was manipulated down over last few months to allow a de-risked entry for some big buyers.

I've been buying more on the way down. This has got to be rock bottom now surely. The money markets have absolutely r#ped this. Looks like Federated Wireless are gearing up for some big expansion. Loads of jobs being advertised. Watch this space.

I believe Woodford is still heavily invested in this. Having seen lots and lots of £10,800 buys going through the last couple of days he could be loading up at this very low and undervalued share price level.

Exactly. PHE will just be a provider of equipment and/or services to ensure the plastic waste is disposed of by converting to usable energy. After commercialising this technology there will massive opportunities to sell their units globally.

For those of you who have not yet seen the BBC documentary 'Drowning In Plastic' (available now on iPlayer), I can highly recommend it, and encourage you all to watch it. The amount of global plastic waste polluting our planet, and the food chain, is gargantuan. I really hope Powerhouse and Waste2tricity really do make a massive impact in the joint effort to resolving this huge problem.

There is definitely a lot of media promoting awareness of the problem of plastic pollution and lack of enough recycling to tackle this global problem. There was another program tonight on BBC1 called "Drowning in plastic" which I shall watch on catchup soon.

Great turnaround. Looks like Hornby are setting up for a big comeback. I've been impressed with there electronic newsletters by email recently, and loads of Directors buying in now is showing promising times ahead.

There must have been approximately 200+ trades of 4,213 shares every time selling out to manipulate the price down. Looks like it could have been the last of the big shorters closing there short.
