Expect funding to be completed this month as 110kv is due to installed in April.
So not long to wait.
I just just wondering what the strike price will be for dilution..no trade activity to point us to the price.
I still remember the 2m sell @10p on 13th Dec when it dropped sharply. But I think that was just seller wanting out and nothing more .

Wonder how much longer we have to wait for the $5m financing arrangements.
I am waiting for this news before buying more

Oh and thanks for the operating cost figures . Very assuring figures and shows why this is such a low cost producer
Normally these can increase by 10% on BFS I find but even so this is only a tiny increase if there is

What are ppl’s view in financing due .
$5m debt/equity .. hopefully no more than 50/50 ratio which will mean
Minimal dilution . This will enable ramp up to 1500 tonnes /year and Kay
For the BFS study .
I would not normally buy into a Co that has still has BFS to do but this is a different story to other mining Cos
No further drilling , low cost and low intensive to produce vanadium .
Last financing until main plant will require building . This. will be via debt/royalty agreement
This one was important to me - Already a producer with revenues /cash flow is the main reason to buy in too,
The financing used here is to ramp up existing production
All this underpins the share price , otherwise would have been single figures .

Listening to Crux interview again .
So VRFB is not be ruled out for selling into the future , just primarily market
Will be steel . By the time the Co produces 1m+ tinned on V205 I it probably also selling to VRFB
as I expect VRFB will have taken off in a bigger way by then . So even at say selling at $5 , they can still make money
As Co has the volume to supply them and supply steel
This is how I see it

When vanadium is priced above say $10 or higher VRFB producers use sulphur instead which is cheaper to use .

This is why vanadium needs to be stable around single digits to be preferred constituent .

But as ferrovandium is their primary ususge to sell into then I guess higher prices the better

Buy and hold for bigger returns for me.
With regards to VRFB, it does not look like this is the short term driver here for the Co. Maybe further down the in a coupl eof years. for VRFB to viable and competitive Vandium needs to be between $6-10, otherwise alternatives becomes the cheaper option.

between $5-$10 is all good for this Co

I disagree . These are very realistic timescales . It is still an explorer , hence the ongoing drilling .
The experienced Gold investor follows many stocks .
Worth reading his excellent thread .
I had no idea the LoM was 3 years which is disappointing .
However IRR is superb .

LoM is very poor today . This needs to be much higher nearer to make a decent return here .

I picked this from another investing website , an experienced gold investor

“ This is only an initial study based on Inferred resources. They state that they have lots more work to do before they undertake a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS).
The resource needs extensive drilling in order to move it up into Indicated and Measured categories - and they state that their drilling is ongoing.
Once they have results from a PFS (say 12-18 months time), assuming it is positive, they must then undertake a Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS) which will flesh out all costings and CAPEX requirements and raise parts of the resource to Reserve status (ie those parts of the resource that are economically mineable). That will probably be achieved by c. 2024'ish.

Then of course, that BFS can be used to raise pre-production CAPEX funding and finally start the development phase of the project (say c. 24 months on).
Put it all together and you can see that this project area will probably take until 2026 before any actual production can occur.”

ARS is still a developer . The reason it has fallen is because the BoD have missed targets dates to deliver BFS studies . Delays mean more dilution .
SXX is fallen because it failed to get funding for the project .
This is the BFS is the most important study as it derisks the project and brings in
Royalty agreement or a JV on board .
The reason you believe there is value early is because the Co has not started diluting yet, hence the share
Price is higher . So you buy at the early stage , it will be diluted 3-4 years later and worth less... erm not a good idea .

I was just sharing and chats are an open forum where one can learn about investing.
It is just that I have invested in explorers before and see the mistakes I made about timing...I was just sharing my thoughts.
