However the EU vanadium price has decreased and will remain under pressure for next
Few months with Q3 this year with demand to begin again

I get confused a little here . Which one is the Co using for its forecasts ?

No mention on why these funds were raised

With this recent small dilution , it has almost convinced me that
offtake and debt news is coming for the rest required .
That would be super news

Not in any order

1) a royalty agreement - will get upfront monies
2) positive offtake agreement news , then fund raising at a higher price
3) debt
4) mixture of 2 or 3

What does direct subscription into the Company exact mean ? Who has given the cash ?
Also thankfully it is a very small amount , especially considering it was so discounted ... way too low for my liking .
I was firstly concerned they raised this to by time to sort out the finances . But NB did sound quite optimistic of a small placing /debt / partner mix . So I am hopeful this is what is transpiring and this will be very positive .
The reason the Co should be able to mix funding is because they already has some cash flow from production otherwise it would only have been a share placing .
VSA research has forecast 45m dilution in its valuation which only just came out , so this does not all quite add up yet for me .
But let’s see, the Co has surprised me before , but let’s hope it is more positive this time .
