Has anyone any thought on the impact on financing or offtake Or potential investors can have on NB ‘s need to part sell his shares to pay for his Divorce settlement of $3m+ ?

Vanadium is fairly steady around these prices
I would expect this is the bottom

This resource has such huge potential , the reason I am invests here

So what happened here , this was in Dec 2019...so we got a CLN and issue of equity. Less than stated ... is that good news ?
Financing
The Company is currently debt free and has no significant options or warrants outstanding. As part of its near-term funding requirements for the expansion of existing operations and working capital needs, the Company is in advanced discussions regarding a loan of up to $1.3m and the Board is considering other sources of capital including the issue of equity.

The Company has limited excess cash at this time but we are mindful that in the current Covid-19 environment it is important to raise capital only on terms that will be advantageous to existing shareholders and, in conjunction with our advisers, have commenced discussions with multilateral institutions, strategic partners and global capital providers in the mining industry. We expect to report further on progress on these initiatives at the time of the announcement of our Final results in June.
So expect an update on further financing before end of month!

Rare to get financing in advance at these terms

Again NB fails to mention an update to the power line which is vital for ramp up and stable production.
The whole FS study and production targets have been delayed because of Covid.
That is fine and understandable but for gawds sake at least give a honest update on all the things you mentioned before that have missed targets you were hoping to meet!!

So I agree this just to get in by and lay themselves wages .
The $5m we were hoping to hear is still outstanding .
I await the final results with more info .
The Co needed $1m to pay for the new power line which was due to be installed in April and delayed because of the virus.
But this has resumed it May . Production has resumed a month later than said in last update .

I can see the planned timescales will have been pushed back by 3-6months

It is decided which one to use . From recent update

Vanadium prices and outlook

The price of vanadium pentoxide in Europe started the year at around US$5.30/lb and is currently a little over $7.00/lb. The price had fallen throughout 2019 from extreme highs of approaching $30/lb in late 2018. The unusually high price in 2018 and early 2019 resulted in some substitution with what was then cheaper niobium and some production increases, resulting in an overcorrection which caused the price to fall below its expected long run level. Some recovery has already been experienced this year and more is predicted as substitution by niobium is reversed and the high-cost production instigated by the exceptionally high prices becomes uneconomic to sustain.
