VSA has included 45m shares dilution in their research For current funding requirement
as part of the valuation .

Our analysis suggests that US$5m is required to complete the plant and BFS according to the base case development programme outlined. There are of course other scenarios for spending to enable near term development progress indeed, we do not believe that FAR needs to complete the full extent of the originally planned expansion in order to benefit. FAR recently updated the market indicating that it is in discussions with multilateral institutions and other potential capital providers. Given the uncertainty as to how this financing might be achieved we have assumed the most conservative scenario, recognising FAR’s recent updates which refer to less dilutive sources of near term financing, and our target price reflects an additional 45mn ordinary shares are issued in 2020.

I agree with that..we have consolidated around these levels for quite a few months which normally tells me we have bottomed with all the news in the public domain now

Call be cynical ..that £1.71 price valuation , probably their client selling into the interest

I added too , even though wanted to wait .
It is possible any dilution may have a strike price around these Levels which will be fine .

You have a calming influence here.
We have a wonderful asset here and I hope we have the right
BoD to delivery it to production .
I dislike delays for whatever reason , but we will get there . The DFS is the game changer for me .
A lot better communication and investor relations is needed here .
I just do not how we will get that , if no one can hear our voices and concerns .

Also you can read in between the lives that DFS will be delayed too.
That is most disappointing thing because that us what will show the market

NB is being slippery in his interviews that’s all

If you have not followed the Co before , the results may seem ok.
Been since I have invested and listening to NB’s ramblings over the last month,
The update is well below expectations for me
Maybe I am being harsh .. but financing is in this mess because he started too late and too busy
Try to sell some of his holdings , knowingly that all things are not well yet
Then you wonder why he got no interest

DFS will not arrive until next year and financing probably in June or likely July
Not impressed with NB at all

I am not impressed to be honest with some of the comments
If you listen to the Crux interview and recent proactive , he has not the truth regarding
Production and staff issues .
NB is I would say 3 months behind his targets , that means will not arrive until next year either

I am glad ppl are discussing DFS timescales
Exciting times here and offtaje is possible anytime upto or post DFS as data is shared discreetly

But interested no one has discussed the milestones . This is all based in the project bring derisked so partners can be found for off take or /and funding construction to production
Full funded if all milestones are met and delivered

Prior to the Construction Decision being taken, and subsequent to the relative funding obligations, CEZ will have the right to withdraw from the Project on either of the following milestones:

Milestone 1

Upon a minimum expenditure of EUR 12.3 million on the agreed work plan encompassing the engineering design program, including semi-industrial pilot testing; and

Milestone 2

The expenditure of a minimum of EUR 20.8 million on the agreed work plan including the completion of the Definitive Feasibility Study.

Should CEZ not proceed after completion of Milestone 1, CEZ would have invested EUR 12.55 million and hold approximately 21.5 % of equity in Geomet. Should CEZ not proceed after completion of Milestone 2, CEZ would have invested EUR 21.05m and hold approximately 36.4% of Geomet.

The Division of Air Quality is further extending the public comment period until May 27 on the draft air permit for the proposed Active Energy Renewable Power facility in Lumberton, in response to community concerns regarding the impact of COVID-19 on public participation.

DAQ staff continues to be available to answer questions by phone or email about the draft permit and all comments will be considered before the division takes a final action on this permit.
