I dont understand the issue - No money travels through the APP - its held in the brokers account.

I see Teathers are slightly more selective now about which broker they will sign with next - according to company strategy as of May 2015 the deals with the many brokers were beginning to flow - " Phase 2 Convince the city brokers to share commission with teathers and give us an allocation in all their IPOS and Placings. As you will have seen from recent announcements these deals are now starting to flow and we have contacted all uk brokers to enter into agreements with them " We have contacted all uk brokers to enter into agreements with them - yet we have 1 single broker and now it seems we are being selective about which others we allow into the fold next? How does anything with an n of 1 "flow" ? And how has the strategy changed so much? How about Tea perform some investor relation activities with their own bloody shareholders and tell them why the share has been suspended and what they are doing to resolve the situation? hashtag no brainer... and for that matter where in the name of **** is the hashtag on an apple key board....

Not sure it will be an interview - more printed Q & A and I think it will be out early this week.

Just need to keep the momentum up towards re-listing - If this suspension is a minor problem that can be sorted out with the nomad and we sign up a couple of other brokers prior to re-list then tea will fly - but the last thing we need is to hear these responses from Oliver and then silence for another couple of months with only sporadic action through the app. I really hope they have been busy during the suspension and we can relist with a real momentum.

impossible to say - I think that it needs a critical mass of brokers to be signed up to provide the deals but you could see a snowballing effect as i would have thought that most companies would want to keep their PI's happy by at least including them in the deal - so you might see companies starting to switch business and go with a broker that offers this service for their fundraisers- that in turn would encourage more brokers to sign up. For certain the more that is put through the App and the more people that are aware of it the better because that will pressurise the companies raising the money.

Where does Tea end and Shard begin? Thanks Ant - hope you are right. The SH's need some sort of update. I think it is fairly obvious that some people don't want this to succeed judging by some of the characters on this BB so you may not be too far off the mark with the conspiracy theory. Which of course makes me want this to be successful even more.... fingers crossed.

I don't think that it is particularly disruptive to the institutions - they still get their deals as they normally would and a small slice of the overall deal is shoved the PI's way via the App. I wouldn't think it would make any difference. The benefits are to the brokers, the PI's and the company's raising the funds in IR. With regard to the interview - It only makes sense if an RNS is released first what else can they talk about? The three issues that are of relevance - more brokers signing up - reverse take over and sorting out the suspension. All three of these things should be RNSed - so maybe the market will be updated with respect to one of the above before the interview.

I think it looks a very interesting proposition with Mark Gustafson on the team - the man behind Chal which is currently trading 400%+ up from its listing price- Directors participating in IPO at the same buy in price with their own money and looking to raise further funds between 10 and 30p in a secondary fund raise.
