Smacks a little of manipulation - walk the share price down all day to collect nervous sellers shares in order to fill a larger background order - repeat process: I cant see how these could be sells according to the bid/ask at time of reported trade.

I am happy with my research on this company and products and will add more if this shows further share price weakness - I can see this being sold for multiples of the current market cap and in the not too distant future.

Shareholders of teathers financial managed to force an EGM and successfully voted to remove the existing board replacing them with nominated shareholders. It is rare but possible.

I have been following the Futura's story for a while now as I like the concept of the products from scientific point of view - does anyone know what the funding position is to take this through phase 3 - and what the model is with respect to the commercialisation? is company planning to go it alone /strategic partnerships/ looking to be acquired? thanks

I think kezzman is making a general commentary on the number of placings going through on aim at the moment- not that they are on the app. Maybe it will pick up a bit after the launch of the android version and updated webased site - hope so .....

But unfortunately it has also emptied my wallet! - the whole thing stinks - there were a couple of notable posters whom appeared to by in the know in relation to the old board but the problem was their attitude stank aswell - shame I might have listened had it been otherwise. Just hope the new board are successful in relisting the shell - But apparently we are reliant on Jason Drummond to a certain extent as the cash required to do this depends on whether or not be honours his agreement with teathers to forgoe the rental charge on the office space inhabited by the company that he owns that were paid to develop the app.....you couldn't make it up.

Just need a placing to go through the app in a company with a large PI base and I can see the user numbers going up dramatically as word spreads on these forums. Might actually start making a bit of cash for the company.

yes they are looking at the potential to reverse a company into teathers and re-list - Think the app just needs to extend its user base and have deals on a daily basis rather than monthly - which I think the new developments should go some way to achieving - thoughts anyone?

Can see the app member base expanding rapidly as a result of this - who wouldnt want to know about a discounted placing in a stock they own. No excuse now for companies not to involve their PI base in fundraising. The more this is adopted by companies raising funds the more pressure there will be for other companies to do so.

yes - very thankful to the new BOD and looking forward to hearing about the new ideas for expanding the App - Still think we have a long way to go but it has already been a great achievement to salvage this company and the first deal through the app was really positive. Hopefully the app will start gaining some serious traction. First course of action to vote on resolutions proposed in the AGM.

Hope so John : think there is a long way to go but good start with BST - I will be interested to read the audited accounts; but I am not expecting them to make pleasant reading as Drummond et al really left us in the Sh&&t with a heap of unpaid invoices and ongoing financial commitments that have (fingers crossed) been sorted out by the new board - although by the sounds of it the assets have been sold to cover the debts. If this ever does make it back to aim it is very likely to be at the expense of the existing shareholders as new funding is sought to do so. The business needs to start generating cash over the next 12 months otherwise the 20k I invested along with your 3K will be a total write off. From recent tweets and e.mails it sounds like they have some ideas but they will need to be good ones to stand a chance IMO - so we will have to wait and see. best of luck to all.
