300k fund raise on the APP -circa 93% raised already with 5 days remaining - Really outstanding relaunch well done to the new BOD. This really does demonstrate that significant sums can be raised for the right deals.

I do feel like a mug - the abject lies coming from the board in a public forum in the lead up to a suspension when they knew what was coming is disgusting - No wonder Drummond seemed to have so many enemies on this forum: I now understand why.

Think the BOD had to sell off a number of the investments to pay creditors so who knows what we have - BOD have stated estimated share value 0.15p (albeit total guess work) therefore total assets approx 100K. I suspect that most of the investments have been sold. So much for the share prophets exclusive that heads up Drummonds twitter page - "drummond says that accounts will be far better than critics say" wonder if that was a TEA sponsored report?

So far Tea under the stewardship of Drummond and Fattal have managed to turn the 20K I invested into £300/0 and have made an earth shattering £1000 on the placings and IPO's through the app which cost approx. 300k to develop- I think the business model worked very well for Drummond and Fattal who have essentially asset stripped the button company and used their own companies to develop the app at an exorbitant fee whilst paying themselves massive wages all at the expense of the PI whilst telling us they were creating a level playing field for the PI - you couldn't make this shit up - well done JD & OF for your absolutely astonishing lack of morality.. beggars belief.

I know that personally I need to salvage something from this train wreck - If the App has any value then would want to see the best price for it.

Embattled Teathers Financial (TEA) boss Jason Drummond has admitted that the late filing of accounts was a mistake but, in a long conversation last night, he said that people who assume he is hiding something will have a big shock. When I spoke to Drummond around Christmas I was told that net current assets were around £1 million or maybe a bit lower. Drummond says that the delay means that many folks think something is wrong but he promises that this is not the case as the accounts will show. Moreover he notes that the directors have not taken any pay since Christmas and so says that net current assets today are fairly unchanged on the year end position. As such Drummond says that he is "relaxed" if shareholders vote to oust him and his fellow directors at next week's AGM. He insists that he has nothing to hide at Teathers and also that the allegations HERE were thoroughly investigated by the Oxymorons, AIM Regulation, and found to be without substance. Drummond says that he is concerned that the proposed new directors may not be able to realise fair value for the Teathers app in a disposal ahead of a return of capital to shareholders. Drummond has offered to help with such a process without charging which, to me, makes sense as - whatever one thinks of him, Drummond knows this space very well and far better than the proposed new directors. I back boardroom change but I think it would be silly to decline the Drummond offer should the rebels win the EGM vote. I put this offer to flip flop Ben Turney who is running the shareholders action group and also asked him to confirm that - like the existing directors - no-one associated with the action group would be drawing fees from Teathers post EGM. Turney said this was the case but declined the Drummond offer. I have also cast my vote; supporting all resolutions. With any luck we will soon know exactly what happened here - Why should anyone trust this shower given what they have already shown us?

i think the shareholders action group have enough shares in certificated form to request an EGM they requested firstly that shareholders contact them who hold non-isa shares as there are complications around iSa shares being issued in certificated form- but I would contact the shareholders action group and provide your email address to them and they will keep you updated with regard to what our options are. They are contactable via Twitter.

And some b@~~@@d has run off with all my money whilst I was sleeping. I just wanted to say sorry for calling this so horribly wrong - it seems I should have listened to SoniaP Beer and Syngeon. I genuinely believed that any company whose tag line was "providing an equal playing field for the private investor" would treat their obligations to their shareholders more seriously. Considering that I suspect the vast majority of their shareholders are private investors here, there is a staggering irony when considering the tag line and one that I previously could not look past. I just hope that any shred of morality will ensure that the board do the right thing by their shareholders. I am hoping wake up and to get a slight scent of the roses that were promised through the overwhelming stench of horse **** that has pervaded this company for several months now.

Or maybe lemonade is the mystery PI offering the £1 million. Would we not have had a holdings RNS if he had sold any of his 6% - Same question re Oli Fattal selling his stock - wouldn't this have to be reported in a holdings RNS? - both held more than 3%.

I think there should be two options to protect any shareholder value that may be left - in order of preference (1) complete reverse takeover (2) if reverse take over is not possible which increasingly is looking unlikely ; all assets should be liquidised and returned to the shareholders. Anything other than the above is unacceptable. We as shareholders have no influence over the former (and no knowledge of how likely it is) but I would be interested in thoughts about how to force the latter. What I find particularly hard to stomach is the Tag line behind the TEA app "providing a level playing field for private investors". This is part of the reason I gave this second, third and fourth chance. No company with a tag line like that could get away with shafting its private investors could it?
