Surely it is the job of the brokers to promote the company to potential new shareholders particularly as there is plenty of good news. But the fund managers don't seem interested to invest in small caps at the present time. That will change...not sure when though!

Yes I think this is right. The revenue figures in Cenkos and Allenby reports will be passed by the company without a doubt.
If AK and the team are happy with the latest forecast numbers then that is positive. Here is a company on the cusp of profitability in fast growing markets with arguably a global leadership position in terms of its product offering.
The market valuation is derisory. From memory the interims are reported in February...there may be news before then of course. Main problem is market conditions particularly in small/mid/AIM.

Worth a look at the Energous partners: includes Blue Tooth and e-peas. It's a great endorsement of cpx thin prismatics. Just think of a world heading towards the elimination of batteries in a huge range of IOT devices. The market cap here is crazy low. These shares are worth a base price of 15p ahead of the Maxwell judgement.

Hopefully should sail past the high for the year of 6.85p. I believe the seller may be Newlands who might be in profit, or a fund looking to meet redemptions so liquidating small equity holdings.
Either way it doesn't reflect on the fundamentals.
I can't think of many better placed companies with a valuation of sub £25m...and there are loads of duds in that valuation range.

There may be something in that. Certainly AK shows no sense of being bothered by the sp and the two brokers seem ineffective at finding buyers. I would have thought that the low market cap would make the company very vulnerable to a low ball bid. A better idea might be to list in the US where it would be valued at a much more sensible level.
I'm sure part of Maxwell's plan is to prolong this saga for as long as possible..though CPX is now funded for that.
