Obviously the outlook for Avacta is so much better today than it was yesterday! LOL

Seems a fair summary. In fact the disaster here is a mix of incompetence and naivety. You can apportion the weightings of each to how you see events.
Not saying something can't be salvaged..let's see what unfolds. Personally I would not want the company to be involved in more trials as a stand alone.

Anyone care to hazard a guess as to what this means?. One interpretation is that some sort of settlement has been reached...equally it might be standard legal stuff.

Looked at another way; the market cap here is £27m. Does anyone know any other companies with a market cap below £30m with better prospects.?...preferably ones which are able to sign contracts with blue chip global companies like Continental? Probably not.
There is so much dross (much of it on AIm) where the company is valued at multiples of this one and where the prospects are murky at best. Several are BB favourites.

With the company being valued at £25m it would not make sense to pay $35m. Why not bid for the company instead?

I read that the ceo here paid himself £2m last year for destroying folk's savings. It's a disgrace.

I thought bribes were paid in brown envelopes? Anyway the main gainers were the early stage providers of useless protective gear (PPE). Because it is embarrassing to the Government it will be conveniently forgotten.
I wish the ceo would update on LFT and say categorically whether it has a future or not.
