Yes that's a key point. The company listed way too early and under estimated the time to adoption. Still that is water under the bridge. Worth speculating on what the valuation might be if the company was new listing today with pending profitability. A tad higher than the present cap I would hazard.

I think CPX is limited by NDA agreements with these customers which might give advantage to their peers if volume/revenue figures were disclosed. Equally if the order was for 5 or 10 then cpx would tell them to jump.
Don't forget the huge amount of testing before these products are commercialised.

My choice would be Youtuber Danny Malin. He may be limited in terms of his pharma knowledge but he exercises sound commercial judgement and has an eye for value. As a fellow Yorkshireman he would no doubt get on well with AS and could act as a front man on the marketing role assuming there is something to sell...Oh hang on..........

You are right there will be news shortly...within a week. However the results can't be too far away so maybe nothing 'new'.
However this share is so cheap it may ignite at any time.

AS has been told in no uncertain terms that he must 'try harder'. This has come from Sir John Bell no less.
If he disagrees and is already trying hard then he should say something as there now seems to complete confusion as to where we with LFTs and what AS must do to get his to work to the satisfaction of Sir J Bell.

It's an incredible story of blinding incompetence. The government is chasing some tiny company for £2.5m which it invested in good faith whilst Baroness Dildo blows £38bn on something which doesn't really work.
There is no doubt a back story of price points and volume offtake, with claim and counter claim, but it would not be hard to see how the perception is that the Uk Government is supporting cheap Chinese manufacturing to the detriment of higher quality UK producers.
May also explain why AS has been silent on the comms front.

Equally I can see good grounds for not wanting to comment on legal matters till the final verdict is announced.

The company is suffering for refusing to grease the palm of Lord Bethell et al. The tat makers have cleaned up through their top contacts and connections leaving only crumbs for Avacta shareholders.
It's a nine course Xmas feast for AS in his lavish mansion but thin gruel for holders of the stock.

It is more a mystery why the sp has been and stayed so low. Analysts are forecasting around breakeven this year (to June 2022) and earnings of 0.6p to June 2023. I think these numbers are conservative. The market looks ahead so a share price of 20-30p is easily supportable . The level of orders this year underpins the revenue projections.
With something positive on the Maxwell case possible then the buy case looks solid IMO, with further Royalty agreements to follow..

If AS is a scientist without a shred of business experience he must think about appointing someone with the right credentials. Two who spring to mind are Lord Bethell though he may be employed by a Chinese tat company, and Baroness Dildo out of Track and Trace.
If neither of these two are available then David Cameron might be a good fi t though he also has no business or commercial sense whatsoever but has some good contacts.
