Anyone noticed that cigogne has been buying large chunks of sepura very quietly that suggests possible interest from somebody possibly AIRBUS? With support from Hendon it's entirely possible?

I for one will be voting no, just hope enough like minded people & institutions do the same! Might just send a signal to this management who seem to have their heads up their arse. They proved that by recommending the paltry offer from Hytera should be ashamed of themselves

Seems like it's happening again. What's wrong with this government it is supposedly meant to be helping businesses like sepura from being swallowed up by foreign companies & yet for a small outlay to prop up an important company such as this they have done nothing? How is this possible?

I will be voting no to this ludicrous takeover. This company is better than this if it's run efficiently by a competent management structure. Why would you sell off or give away such a good company
