RE: Phase 3 trials3 Nov 2019 10:16
You won't get any sensible answers to your questions from the rampers on here, Spiderman183, because you're saying things they don't want to hear, using words like "share price drop".
So my views:
"Why did the SHARE PRICE drop so sharply last year ?"
Mr Barder claimed to be closing a punchy numbered deal in H1 2018 but he failed to close ANY deal. There appeared to be some concerns unearthed in due diligence, and a video interview with Mr Barder had him looking very nervous when addressing the placebo issue, so this could be it. He also claimed that it was a strategic decision made by FUM to go it alone because it would command 50% greater value but he went on to dilute the shares 70%. You couldn't make it up. The Market saw through his nonsense and steered well clear.
"Also if the phase 3 trials were unsatisfactory what is the SHARE PRICE likely to be ?"
In my view it would be curtains for FUM and a zero SP. FUM now appear to be a one trick pony with everything relying on MED. CSD is not selling (fact - zero revenue) and TPR appears to have been asked some difficult questions by the MHRA (fact - taking Thornton & Ross a year to answer questions posed last February, and there's no guarantee they'll find the answers).
Also take into account how the FUM management are playing this, taking over £125k bonuses out of shareholder's placing money. And IIs not interested and major shareholders Lombard and Adams reducing their holdings.
A very strong sell in my opinion.
