Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Looks extremely likely FUM will have to rely on Lombard YET AGAIN to bail them out. What pound of flesh will be taken this time round? They were paid an undisclosed "commitment fee" last time (20/12/19 - "Lombard Odier will receive a commitment fee"). But will Lombard's patience be worn down? What promises were made last time out? Questions questions.
The SP has barely doubled from the 8p placing. BRILLIANT the rampers might scream. Not really. This is an extremely high risk loss making minnow. It's like getting 2 to 1 odds on a 1,000 to one donkey.
Past II investors have come and gone. The list is endless .... Blackrock, Ignis, Octopus .............. They all have a "shelf life" and changing personnel. There's no guarantee FUM will forever succeed in obtaining funding after funding. Only a matter of time IMO that Lombard will be the latest who twig that FUM are taking the ****.
Very strong sell
Very quiet on here the past couple of days. The rampers only make a noise when the SP goes up (but only ever so slightly!). Funny that.
Anyway. There's a huge overhang on this stock which suggests a dramatic collapse is imminent. Even a sell of barely a grand at the death yesterday broke the bid.
Single digits by xmas anyone? I wouldn't bet against it.
Very strong sell
Certainly seems that way.
An update of little substance, so much so it's not worth any discussion. And so the Market agrees with me. A tiny tick up on a larger spread on very low volume.
It looks like an attempt to boost the SP before a placing and has failed miserably. 2 possible routes from here IMO:
1). Rinse and repeat like the last 2 placings with Lombard taking a lions share at a heavy discount.
2). Lombard, who have been around a long time and may start to feel like they're being led a merry dance, no longer willing to throw good money after bad and FUM being unable to raise sufficient funds to continue.
My gut feeling is outcome 2 with FUM throwing in the towel round about March time.
Very strong sell
................ far too strong and will never be knocked off its perch. Great reviews from Joe Public:

The VAST MAJORITY of paying customers are totally satisfied so there is extremely narrow gap in the Market, despite the ramblings of the rampers on here, and there isn't a cat in hells chance any company will want to take on Viagra, just like Trojan bottled it against Durex, at huge marketing, manufacturing and commercialising expense with the obvious significant risk Viagra customers will stick with Viagra. Far too risky.
Nobody wanted to partner MED2005 so why is MED3000 any different? Doomed to fail!
Very strong sell
I'm talking about the directors. The last reported salaries for 2019 they received the following remuneration:
James Barder - £238k
Ken James - £172k
Angela Hildreth - £171k
Very handsome indeed despite the company making another huge loss and overseeing the failure of MED. Even the non execs Clark and Freeman got £88k and £44k respectively! NON EXECS! It's OK for some ain't it? But I'm sure FUM shareholders must take some satisfaction that their money is providing these guys a "comfortable" living ;)
Anyway, back to the topic .... "What do they actually do?" to earn this money. Seeing FUM aren't selling owt (zero revenue 6 months to June 2020) so they don't have a sales team to motivate and lead, and seeing that negotiations for potential deals are being outsourced ....... "Discussions continue with a growing number of parties in line with an agreed process being managed by Futura's corporate advisers" ............... then what do the directors actually DO?????
Come on now, guys, let's have a grown up conversation about this. No name calling and put aside your bull or bear hat just for a day, but I would love to hear views on their typical working day, because I haven't the foggiest!
Interesting to see Mr Barder was recently appointed a director of Caisson Investment Management Limited to add to his other directorship Unum Investments Limited. Hope he's not neglecting FUM, especially after the shareholders kindly raised so much money earlier this year to continue funding his salary.
And just to show my sincere wish for this to be a serious discussion topic, I will not sign off with my usual "Strong Sell" and left the opinion neutral, just for the day. Pipes of Peace and all that.
Yeeeee ahhhhh, no gap in the ED market, FUM are stringing this along to the death not conserving cash by paying an excessive number of directors an excessive level of salaries - AIM gravy train alert!!!!!
The end is nigh
Very strong sell
PMSL, I haven't posted the "wrong" link at all, bubonic. The link is still there. You're too daft to understand it. I can feel the heat of your red face from here. And believe me, if you could see me now I'm quite literally laughing my head off!
Viagra rules. MED is dead (hey, that rhymes!)
HAND
LMAO
PMSL
Strong sell
LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh bubonic, you are such a silly billy! You're reading the "service review" column, not the "product review" (first column). PMSL and LOL. So blumming funny. Read again pal, but the product review this time:
Great product
Works fine
Works a treat as a wee booster
the pills work for me great
I always find I get what it says on the merchandise
Done the job
Oh, that really has made my day! Have a nice evening bubonic (LOL!!!!)
Strong sell
PS - LMAO!!!!!!!!
Wow, they're all coming out of the woodwork now! First we have the doc dusting himself down saying he wants to buy back in after a few months of selling up, even though those same few months ago he was excited with FUM saying the sky was the limit. lol. Now another jumps out playing the sympathy card. Very desperate. Looks like bubonic is digging up some of his aliases, lol.
Well, I can say I have tried Viagra (out of curiosity!) and was very satisfied. Me and Mrs Hawk were at it all night. But don't just take my word for it. Let's have a look at some reviews on a pharma website:
https://pharmica.uk/erectile-dysfunction/viagra/
96% score. Now that is impressive - Viagra is just too strong and very much liked by those who matter most ..... the paying public. I rest my case :) Maybe the rampers on here represent the 77 one star voters out of the total 8.855 reviewers? (lol)
Rampers (or singular ramper with multiple niks?) ..... must try harder!
Very strong sell
What's up, doc? Not wrong at all. MED2005 failed because of placebo - fact:
10/12/19
"However, in FM57, MED2005 did not meet primary endpoints versus placebo"
I suggest you digest that fact yourself, doc, and it won't be any different with MED3000. The only people wrong about FUM's products as well as the resident rampers (yourself included in that category, doc) are FUM's very own management. Barder claiming to be closing a punchy numbered deal - WRONG. Ken claiming that MED2005 had 20 possible outcomes, all positive - WRONG! Hildreth ..... errr, where is she then? What's she doing? lol.
Enjoy the rest of your own weekend, doc, and don't get all bitter and twisted because you're in deep with this dog and obviously sitting on huge losses.
Have a nice day
Very strong sell
It seems dermasys and all its offshoots worked well in the lab but in the real world with real skin it's "struggling". Past failed products with PET and CSD and now TPR has taken nearly 3 years to address issues raised by the Notified Body (are you watching MED?) and MED itself will be weighed down with the placebo effect - I can't possibly see how it can jump the very high placebo hurdle.
Generally speaking, the skin is very robust for a reason and will be highly resistant to any self acclaimed delivery through it. Time to call it a day FUM, methinks. Oh, but why should they? The directors are being paid very handsomely - yeah, keep it alive guys!
Just a thought for the day. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
Very strong sell
I can see straight through you, doc, pretending to be an observer when you're really a ramper in disguise. I can tell ..... another bitter and angry FUM holder who bought in far too high and is sitting on huge losses.
EXTREMELY strong sell!!
PS .... Dropping as I type, just like I said it would. Listen to the Hawk :)
Sorry, doc, cannot remember you. You mustn't have had anything exciting to say. Patents can take years to obtain , so please don't say it's "progressing well". You haven't a clue. The application is still just sitting there as far as I can see and might still sit there for years to come.
I see there's now more selling pressure and I can buy below the mid. Looks like an afternoon fall on the cards.
Strong sell
Hi doc, my estimate is that these clowns are down to less than a million quid and a placing looks odds on. So I guess if you wait until then and they can persuade the usual mugs to part with their money you might get in at less than 10p, but why you wish to do so I've no idea with an overvalued poorly managed company with a long record of failure trying to peddle an unpatented unapproved placebo. Good luck to you.
Very very strong sell
Rampers getting desperate making things up about Viagra. If such claims were true it would have been pulled long ago. Viagra fills the shelves, an extremely strong brand which will never be replaced, a view reinforced by no takers for MED. Says it all.
Rampers also claiming to use the "amazing" blue diamond condom when they stopped selling it years ago. lol.
Very strong sell
I might try out some of these "amazing" blue diamond condoms. Can anyone direct me to a website that sells them , please?
Thanks in advance
Strong sell
PS - Viagra is fantastic, No headache, Can pop it in without your partner thinking you have a problem. MED ...... oh just a minute, love, you don't turn me on so I'll just smear this gel on my privates then we'll get on with it. Laugh .... out ....loud.
Ody, Viagra is a FANTASTIC treatment for ED, trust me, I have a friend (wink) who could verify that. So there is no gap in the market for another ED treatment, Viagra is far too strong, and a "rub on" would never get past the placebo in a trial.
That's why nobody signed up to MED2005 and nobody has signed up to MED3000, but the idiots who ramp this on here are too stupid to realise it.
EXTREMELY strong sell!
Down to their last million I guess (but a calculated guess).
FUM are now well and truly between a rock and a hard place. They need good deal news to prop up the SP for a decent fund raise. But any partner doing their due diligence on FUM will be spooked by their lack of resources and that they may be getting involved with a terminally ill partner.
So I reckon FUM need the placing BEFORE a deal can be struck. But will they attract sufficient interest YET AGAIN after non delivery after non delivery? Hawkhead say NO! There's a hole in FUM's bucket :)
Tried a dummy buy today, and I could buy a significant amount of shares at a significant discount. IMO if there is even a modest flurry of selling it could soon turn into a stampede and this will go sub 10p in no time.
So not only does Hawkhead say NO, it looks like the Market is saying NO as well.
Very strong sell
