Good morning, rampers!
Nervous about tomorrow? I'm starting to think my "6p by xmas" prediction is being over generous, you know. As well as no apparent director commitment there appears to be no T Adams or Lamb. Do you reckon they'll join in the possible mass exodus to salvage something? Adams has 14 million shares and has already sold some. Having bought at 7p he could get away with a slight loss if he gets in there quick.
All exciting stuff, tomorrow will be fun watching the dizzy and frantic trades, and the MMs spinning plates. 5 million trades I reckon in the first hour alone. Yep, that's Hawky's opening prediction for the first hour tomorrow with the SP touching 5p or less.
Anyway enjoy your day, guys and gals, and "speak" tomorrow.
Strong sell
LOL!!!!!!!!!! What complete and utter nonsense! History is just that - HISTORY, and to say it always repeats itself is rubbish!
Read the last bit of the RNS:
" shareholders could be at risk of losing all or a substantial amount of their investment."
That looks like some kind of threat and newbies for a start won't touch FUM with a barge pole until the resolution has been passed at the earliest. So in the meantime there'll be a mass rush for the exit door with sellers overwhelmingly outnumbering any buyers.
The result could be an SP capitulation and the serious threat of the offer being binned or renegotiated to 2p per share with 4 times the number of new shares and a total wipe out of current value. Lombard could also take total control with the added threat of taking FUM private. Complete mess!
Monday will be a bloodbath. Wonder how many auctions they'll get through?
Very strong sell
Oh I can read perfectly well, tommyboy:
29/8/19 - Opinion : Strong Buy. "the weight of FUM today in my portfolio is really heavy!...…... hoping for now for another Spike towards 60-80p"
And yet you now claim to have sold in the 40s which only held at that level for a further week. Ramping boiler room! NEXT!
Strong sell
Leave it out, tommyboy, you was screaming BUY throughout July when the SP was over 40p and now months later you claim to have SOLD. This BB must be the worst boiler room on LSE full of lying rampers and I've exposed 2 already today. So easy. And I'll keep on exposing them for what they are. NEXT!
Strong sell
And furthermore ……. why would anyone in their right mind buy shares on the Open Market when FUM have admitted they will most likely go bust if the fund raise is voted down - at least if subscribing this weekend you'll get your money back if the fund raise doesn't happen, but you'll lose it otherwise. This is so badly thought out, the FUM are so incompetent it beggars belief!
VERY strong sell
This is a massive gamble by Lombard and FUM to salvage something from this sorry mess. Gambling that there will be at least a significant subscriber take up this weekend and gambling the SP will hold above 8p.
Failure re the above could see Lombard themselves voting against the resolution in January as they'd be lumbered with 40 million shares above Market price - there's no point in throwing good money after bad!
I can't see how FUM are going to dig themselves out of this, I really can't. I think the Market will see straight through this on Monday, but if the SP holds I'll do the honourable thing and hold my hand up admitting there might be life in this old dog yet. But I stand by my prediction of an SP crash on huge volume.
Strong sell
Oh and tommyboy, pal, when you was shamelessly stalking me last July you said this:
"Hawkhead, you are right! The double blinded Phase 3 will reveal the ultimate truth! But the run to 60p seems inevitable, so jump on board on time!!!"
......….. but now you claim to have sold out at the high of 40p+ ! LOL! oooo the little liar you!
Looking forward to Monday's carnage
Strong sell
LOL! Here we go again. Claims made of making money on the rise contradicting claims of topping up on slight retraces. Do the rampers ever give up? And pointless comparisons with other unrelated stocks!
The most hilarious irony of all is that the impending dumping on Monday will probably be lead by Lombard. You couldn't make this up!
Strong sell
And a merry xmas to you, Rhodi. Think Lombard stand to lose a lot here, so they're throwing more money at it to salvage. Read the RNS again. It's just allowing FUM to "pursue a medical device regulatory pathway for DermaSys". Nobody in their right mind would fund that, except Lomard of course who are trying to protect their holding. As I say, watch Monday - 30 million plus trades and sub 7p. Nailed on.
Strong sell
The fund raising smacks of desperation. Lombard appear to trying to protect their remaining 20 million holding and interestingly have set the offer price at a tad over their last year's subscription of 7p. Then I reckon they'll dump like there's no tomorrow for the next few months even at lower prices as they try and salvage what they can.
The Market will see straight through this and there'll be a massive vote of no confidence on Monday IMO, which could create chaos with the offer. This is such a mess!
Very strong sell
Mandy's 450p SP was always ridiculous ramp talk, NicetoMichu, only she believed it. It would value FUM at an eye watering billion quid, more than some well established profit making FTSE companies! Take what she says with a pinch of salt.
Only Lombard have shown interest here which says it all and they'll trade this to death before FUM's own inevitable death and the directors will milk more salaries (and probably bonuses, they have form). What a seedy little AIM cesspit. This will struggle to ever get above 10p again, only in bouts of the odd ramps which will sucker in some poor unsuspecting mugs.
Final nail in the coffin IMO.
Prediction for Monday: 30 million trades, SP closing sub 7p (not quite the 6p xmas SP I originally predicted!)
Strong sell
Anybody who wants a good laugh, check out some of these videos from FUM's website:
https://futuramedical.com/investor-centre/videos-and-audio/videos/
Oh dear, talk about a load of bluster and rubbish! Very very funny though! Hey, hide them from any II who you might be trying to snare in a fund raise!
So funny!
Strong sell
Would that be the video where Barder says he was going to close a MED deal with punchy numbers or the James video saying how wonderful MED was and it's almost certain to succeed? Please clarify which video, as they all seem to include "untruths" anyway!!! LOL! Only a fool will believe what this lot says. I rest my case, LOL!
Bust by Easter
RIP
Strong sell
LOL, the rampers are ironically digging themselves a hole suggesting this new placebo (which I think is a load of bluster rubbish anyway) is cheap and quick to get to Market as that would mean there is a stronger chance of a delisting, lol. So the directors can keep all the rewards to themselves.
CSD is a medical device which still needed trials and took year and years and years to get to Market where it EVENTUALLY FAILED, LOL!!!!!!
No ii is their right mind will invest in FUM.
The end is nigh
RIP
Strong sell
The whole point of being listed on the AIM is to raise money to fund the business. If FUM can't persuade IIs to invest to prop this dog's dinner up, then there' s a great possibility FUM may decide to delist. It costs half a million quid in employee time and fees to be listed, money which could be used to pay the directors' bonuses.
So all eyes on the funding issue. Less than 7p before xmas and IMO there's your answer.
Thoughts welcome.
Strong sell
I also notice FUM haven't updated their website. Surely they're flaunting Stock Market rules? I thought websites had to constantly completely up to date, so why do they still advertise failed product MED?
Strong sell
…………… that this is still valued at £20 million when it should be closer to zero. My local chippy is worth more.
In the September interims …………….
"The Board is therefore exploring a number of funding options including non-dilutory and dilutory options and believe that the results of the FM57 trial will have a major impact on these funding options"
With a catalogue of poor management and failed products there doesn't look like there's a cat in hells chance of FUM attracting II funding following the failed Phase 3 and the Market is supporting that view.
I estimate FUM has enough cash until Easter time then it's goodnight Vienna. A cynic might even suggest the pigs will have their snouts in the trough "rewarding" themselves with huge bonuses for completing Phase 3, despite its failure. Why not? They have form for paying huge unjustified bonuses.
This is such a strong sell, and in a few weeks time some punters will be kicking themselves they didn't take 10p per share.
