Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Agree, eatmyshort. Could be a rush for the exit door. There's so many shares in circulation at the moment after countless placings to fund the directors' salaries, so it'll take a few million for an holdings RNS, but this looks bad for futura shareholders.
Exceptionally strong sell
I knew they were up to something - "squeezing" the stock and sucking in big buy orders, then ....... WHAM! Facilitated a big post hours sell of 666k. Pure genius there, Mr MM, I take my hat off.
Very very very strong sell, even stronger now that there really is a big seller in the background.
Net of trade payables and the tax credit, FUM had £2 million to play with last June, and even by FUM's own admission this will last to Q2-2021 ....... just 6 weeks away.
Have Lombard said "enough is enough" and will only invest more if a deal is struck? Cutting it mighty fine ...... good business practice aims for at least a year's worth of funding (auditors demand it to give a clean audit report). I don't think some of you rampers appreciate how serious FUM's situation is. One of you claim "not high risk". Laugh out very very loud, you deserve to lose your money, you really do.
Extremely strong sell
Looks like FUM are in between a rock and a hard place.
Will a potential partner want to commit to a deal with such weakness where there's only a few weeks cash left?
Will any investors be willing to participate in a fund raise with no partner deal?
There's a hole in my bucket, dear Barder dear Barder, there's a hole in my bucket dear Barder, a hole!
Big spread suggests MMs don't want FUM shares. Looks like another huge dilution at sub 10p, or a delisting or down the pan. Take your pick. Not looking good.
Very very very strong sell
This little beauty can be found in the 14 March 2018 RNS:
"Commercial discussions, especially with MED2002, are advancing well, further CSD500 launches in 2018 are planned".
Epic FAIL on both counts. Are updates like these what facilitate FUM's uncanny knack of securing placing after placing? You have to take your hat off to them, they're good at it. So hands up those who believe their claims of a MED3000 deal being on the hook this time?
With Q2 just round the quarter ........ "The company continues to have sufficient cash resources through to Q2 2021" ................ they need to pull a rabbit out of the hat. Fast. Time to regurgitate your usual waffle, FUM, it's salaries top up time!
Very very strong sell
In the TPR section:
"Futura is seeking a scientific advisory meeting with the MHRA before the end of 2020 to review the data and provide regulatory clarity around the exact pathway for approval and any outstanding additional requirements."
So so slack. What do these guys actually do to earn their huge salaries? Oh, they raise money for these salaries through placing after placing after placing so I suppose they don't actually have to do anything, do they?
Extremely strong sell

FUM trying to compete their unpatented unapproved placebo with Viagra, the strongest brand name in the world. It's no wonder MED2005 and now MED3000 has not been partnered, nobody is interested despite claims that a deal is close by James "punchy numbers" Barder who has form.
18 years a listed company and still a big fat zero next to revenue tells you all you need to know about this AIM gravy train.
Very very strong sell
Very disappointed that not one ramper on here took up my request to put through a dummy sell to test the demand for fum shares. I did a dummy buy (I have a very high dealing allowance as I'm a premier customer with my broker). To be honest, you won't want to hear how many I can buy today though!
So anyone who holds FUM shares care to divulge how many they're "allowed" to sell?
Thanks in advance
Very strong sell
Just as I thought. No takers. So one can assume that FUM shareholders are finding it difficult to sell any meaningful number of shares. Supports my big seller theory, as does the big sell under the official bid.
Looks like a very tough new year ahead for FUM and its shareholders.
Very strong sell
This is very unusual for FUM - a much tighter than normal spread.
But I can still buy loads at a generous discount to the official offer of 14.30p which suggests there is plentiful shares available.
So I'm wondering if the 14p bid is what I call a "blocker". Meaning it restricts a meaningful amount of shares which can be sold online and therefore sell orders need to be made because they cannot be readily executed. In other words, MMs do not want any stock!
Can any FUM holders care to oblige my theory by putting through a dummy sell to see how many they can get rid of in one go online? And bubonic need not reply, I want only HONEST answers!
Strong sell
Well, backinblak didn't appear to refer to the "average" SP which happens to be 15p anyway. Another one of your niks? Must try harder, bubonic. But with your illusions of "missing posts" maybe you're getting Alzheimer's? So shouldn't poke fun. Get well soon.
Very strong sell
Thanks eatmyshort. Looks like 14p will finally be broken today. Also the SP is DOWN in the last 12 months from 14.75p to the current 14.15p. So I don't know whether bubonic is either blatantly lying or he's just plain stupid. Which one is it folks? I'd say both!
Very strong sell
