Yes but remember that Paul Johnson has a soft spot for RRR/Bell, yes he is no longer in at BOD level at POW but still is a significant shareholder and would have some influence on Shaun Wade, POW's CEO.

POW have far larger irons in the fire these days, are hardly worried (IMO) over the modest sum of £250k being late, one suspects Bell has sweetened them with some waffle regarding the DRC cash + if you recall POW do not want the project back and have already stated they would benefit more from RRR equity increasing in value.

Wade said at Proactive that RRR will eventually list New Ballarat, however the entire project could be sold if Bell advances in the DRC.

We will see.

I do hope this Stockbox event will not be the usual drivel about all things associated with a trip to the DRC, why is it necessary for Bell to lecture us on such matters, the ONLY thing shareholders/listeners want to know about is creating shareholder value via the projects, if Bell spent more time on discussing the projects as opposed to irrelevant waffle he would gain more respect.

You have, however, got to give it to him regarding his stamina to travel on these long trips (he is 70yo) and, after all, these countries are hardly safe for businessmen to carry out their affairs (just look at what happened at Resolute ). It is for this reason I believe Bell may be about to close on a deal of some sort, he would not fly back in such a short space of time unless he thought something very material was going to be offered.

Only time will tell, there have been SO MANY false dawns you can understand why no-one believes until it comes via a full RNS, the potential rewards could be staggering IF Bell can get a result in the DRC.

a lot will happen here when once the current board depart by month end, it makes perfect sense not to inject more money until the old guard have departed and all interests are aligned.

further, both major shareholders in ska (jason brewer & *****on v burgh) would suffer immense reputational damage if ska was damaged in any way, remember their other listed vehicles are dependant on the stability of all.

it was interesting that jb tweeted this afternoon how he remains a near 20% holder in shuka, both major shareholders put in £1.5m last year and they will want a decent return on that money.

Comments elsewhere how the share price bounces hard ahead of results, I believe the results will be excellent, maybe this time we will get a permanent re-rating, the broker target remains at 10p a share.

It may be worth noting that over the last 3 results statements the share price has risen between 20% and 40% ahead of news or on announcement day, further the share price extended the gains two times after the RNS release into the next few days.

The Gracious Fellow has perused the last presentation and measures taken by Cambridge to enhance margins/profit, with management being ultra conservative in their forecasts suggests a stellar set of results later this week.

The bashers suggest they would love to see people make money on RRR, that is simply not true, they despise the thought.

Fact is and I repeat, IF Bell can get $10m in cash and some major project in the DRC that offers instant revenues RRR shares will be .30p+, add to the mix that RRR would then be able to add value to it's other projects let alone sue a major for their wrong doing for $100m+.

One step at a time, this is AIM where .05p can become 0.50p in a few sessions with the right news.

It's simple, it's out of the bashers hands, if Bell can get his hands on $10m (a small sum when you are dealing with Government) and he also gets a project of scale then the share price will be .30p+ in moments, if not it will remain in the gutter.

In respect of POW and the Aussie project payment, if RRR default on that £250k what happens? POW gets either the project back or their % of the project back, only issue is that POW do not want it back as discussed by their CEO at Proactive. POW have far larger irons in the fire and Bell is a master of delay tactics and will probably re-negotiate. In other words it is of no consequence near term like the bashers imply, using is as a scare tactic is fruitless.

We’re delighted to report that @BCMGrouph’s new drill rig has arrived on site at the Mbe #gold project in #Cameroon. Mechanical checks are underway ahead of maiden drilling starting at the project, and full details on that #exploration programme will be announced in due course.

What a fantastic update today from this tiddler, looks like the company has support from the Greenland Gov and the EU, a possible tie up with General Motors comes into the mix. #Graphite

The current sub £3m m/cap is an anomaly.

Takeover approaches or sale of assets concerning a large cap or mid cap can take a while, I continually refer back to what happened at Tembo Gold, eventually their licences were acquired by Barrack, according to media around the time Barrack had been evaluating Tembo for some years and Tembo were aware of their interest.

When the deal came through Tembo shares were in the gutter but the deal propelled them to a near 10 fold increase, their shareholders were delighted to say the least. I think something like what happened at Tembo will happen here, how can any major or mid cap miss the opportunity to get into a brand new gold district and country, namely Cameroon, basically they cannot.

So you can see why the directors are more than happy to take options and buy stock in the market when they can, as I say retail investors should take advantage of the current depressed market value when funds permit.

Unfortunately the option award without linked performance is a legacy of the old Stratex days, it was never appreciated by shareholders then and clearly it has sparked a fuse now.

I have seen a post today suggesting the BOD are poorly paid, well let me tell you that is not the case, ORR salaries are at the higher end of peer companies.

With the Lanstead agreement in place I suspect the ORR's BOD pocket circa £420,000 pa in cash annually, in comparison a peer like PALM (extensive exploration licences in Canada) combined BOD salaries are only £145,000, GROC is another low renumeration example, there are others

Does anyone seriously believe that all these bashers working 24/7 month to month, year to year, do not have some financial incentive to do so.

No other peer group bulletin board is so active with bashers, as I pointed out recently from a basket of 46 junior AIM listed exploration/mining companies 18 have lost 90%/95% in value over the last three and a half years, none of their boards are populated by hysterical bashing entities such as this one.

Again for the benefit of clarity, if Bell brings back $10m in cash and secures a lucrative licence deal in the DRC the share price will hit .30p+, volume will run into the 1 billion daily range and all historical share issue participants will be taken out quite easily in the surge for stock.

Time will tell of course, this is AIM and anything is possible.

As I implied in a previous post the market is so poor that exploration results however good barely flicker the share price, so many of these juniors can deliver positive exploration news but monetising the projects is what matters.

My view is ORR need to deliver another corporate event such as a new JV partnership on one of their other licences in Cameroon, or a monetary gain from Senala (again I covered this in earlier posts) or even the Turkish royalty sale, goodness me how long has the Muratdere episode been running, however my view is ORR's royalty could fetch IRO £2m.

The other possibility, something that occurred at Tembo Gold, is someone like Barrack could acquire/buy into licences in Cameroon for a initial cash upfront payment + some form of staged payment based on results.

ORR has many possible value events ahead on a corporate front, it just needs to deliver on one.

It was interesting yesterday that 'the market' was happy to take large lines of VAST stock at 0.085p when the bid was shown to be 0.08p, the last move to .20p happened on 7th October in one session, it does prove, if nothing else, how responsive the share price to positive RNS or speculation of a positive event forthcoming.
