With only circa 195m shares in issue I cannot see many selling at these ludicrous levels, the company was listed back in 2021 at 10p a share with 52m shares in issue, a value of £5.2m, the company has come a very long way since and is currently valued at only £3.7m.

My view is the share price will catch up with events and this could deliver a stellar re-rate, for example ROCK shares have doubled in the last few days based on some of their commodity suite being added to the Critical Mineral list, their market value approaches £10m.

My view is the minimum value for GROC given the excellent progress should be at least £10m, that would equate to 5p a share.

This stock remains under radar and is hard to acquire at the best of times.

The current valuation is farcical for a company that has made so much progress, no wonder buyers are coming for the stock whilst it sits around the £3m m/cap region.

GROC's Graphite project is high grade, based in Greenland, has multiple non dilutive funding options (one via the EU) and has already attracted a MOU partner that is backed by Siemens it is very clear the company's valuation will appreciate significantly once the market wakes up.

There are only 195m shares in issue, the shares traded at 5.5p last June, good luck trying to get any !

If your shares are held in a nominee account your broker is responsible for contacting the company and advising you wish to attend, they will also confirm your shareholding, some brokers charge for this some do not.

It is also possible to attend an AGM in person on the day by not informing however admittance would be with permission of the Chairman, you may not be able to ask questions nor vote. In theory, as AGM's are poorly attended, most companies would be more than happy to speak with attendees, the only time a company may object is if there are controversial matters due to be discussed etc.

Looks like the shorts are the wrong side of the trade, oh dear.

Will be interesting to see how this MOU develops, could this news deliver the re-financing VAST needs, what is clear is the current £1.8m m/cap is a VERY low base, that could change quickly.

Shares last traded around this level in August 2019, they moved to 14p in the following 6 months and hit 35p one year later.

They are asking 2p for size currently, a few platforms are 'at best' others you can acquire 250k of shares around offer price.

It is staggering this news has, so far, not attracted more buyers of the shares, current entry point is at basement levels.

I see the bashers keep banding about that RRR is £7m in debt but that is not how latest half year accounts read.

There are various structures of finance via CLN''s and loans. Cash and receivables verses non current trade payables is broadly neutral which leaves various debt liabilities sitting at £4.47m - a far cry from the touted £7m. (make up being borrowings £734k, liabilities £3.7m)

In the past RRR have converted some debt into equity, one decent project sale or, for example, IPO of the Aussie project could give the balance sheet a far healthier look, not forgetting the DRC cash potential or even Elephant Oil value realisation (things are hotting up there btw)

Not saying everything in the garden is rosy but not as bad as the trolls purport, however the bashers want RRR to fail.

This company is doing all the right things and quickly, when this CEO says something it happens.

The market will reward in due course make no mistake, much more news expected also, still sub £3m m/cap, it is a gift entry point.

Those comparing grades in South America to the African region are ill informed, some of the largest mines in the world are based in Tanzania, Senegal and Mali, the grades are usually IRO 1.5g/t to 2.5g/t however the gold regions can be enormous.

In respect of ORR the shares have fallen back from the mid .30p region to .28p currently, however one has to remember how quickly this stock can recover in price on modest interest.

From a technical perspective there is strong chart support around current levels, with the RSI down from 72 in October to 40, it would suggest a good entry point IMO.

I do wonder if there will be more corporate news/activity here, news on Senegal is well overdue, it is worth noting that ORR are still aiming to find JV partners for their other Cameroon licences.

The market remains in the doldrums for the small cap explorers however more takeover events and corporate moves seem to be occurring, this is usually a sign of sector early stage recovery, ORR must be a very juicy target given it's 1st mover advantage in Cameroon, nothing can be ruled out therefore, accumulate on the quiet times to eventually profit IMO.

What is clear is the window for acquiring SKA stock around current levels is closing, Brewer is putting in another £500k interest free and non convertible, the next move of appointing a new BOD is not far away, the diligence process does not take long.

The two largest shareholders have now put in £2m in the last 12 months, that shows how committed they are.

The most interesting aspect is the tightly held 60m shares in issue, with the recent TR1 there is very little stock on offer, if anyone does a test buy for even modest size there is usually a quite large premium to pay, it will only take one positive piece of news to deliver a material re-rate.

I see QvB is being interviewed by Stockbox next week, one would hope that Shuka will get a mention, the timing may be a coincidence with the old BOD leaving, maybe there will be a SKA update Monday.

The free float here is minuscule, just one surge in volume and the shares could rise disproportionally.

Fact is that JB and QvB (the major shareholders in SKA and Advisor & Chairman) know how damaging the fall out for their other listed vehicles would be if SKA did not deliver, already I have seen a number of X comments suggesting QvB is unable to honour the CLN's, however what these commentators do not realise is that there is, almost certainly, a very good reason for not pumping money into SKA until the old brigade has departed (by end of this month)

A number of individuals have, it seems, communicated with JB and the theme appears to be wait until the new team (are in place, the new director appointments may in itself deliver upside depending on who they are, no new appointees would take a position in a hopeless situation would they.

The clock is ticking down to month end, news must be imminent.

The shares hit .46p on Friday and can now be bought around .33p/.34p, almost certainly the bulk of the placing has been forward sold, a good entry point for the believers, one thing for sure you know this outfit will be PR active and deliver news to the market, some companies are silent for months.

Probably a good entry point for another run into the .40p's+ once the dust has settled.

These 'articles' are not worth the time of the day, many of these African news websites are ludicrously inaccurate, for example a recent publication suggested VAST would receive the diamond parcel imminently, the share price moved from .09p to .21p in a few hours but, of course, the news was completely wrong and the shares are now trading at .08p.

My view is entities with vested interests may approach such publications to deliver a story to benefit them economically, has anyone noticed that there appears to be a persistent buying hoovering up ORR stock as soon as any size becomes available, my view is the scale of ORR's projects are so great that someone with clout wants them, dirty tricks are at play in the mining space, even from majors !

Ignore the article entirely, it is full of inaccuracies so simply cannot be taken seriously.

Are you aware that the two (now outgoing) Directors, namely Lyons & Ryan took £245k each in renumeration in FY 2023, that was one third of the money put in by Brewer & QvB, in all director renumeration totalled £745k last year, were JB & QvB happy about that, well ask them !

So a large proportion of the £1.5m was not spent on Rukwa coal as you implied.

You can see why no new funding will be put in place until BOD changes have occurred, I have no access to online groups in Shuka however I suspect the 'rumours' that news is in the pipeline over the next week (or two?) are near the mark.

I was going to write a long speel but it is frankly not worth it, one thing for certain, if Bell gets his hands on $10m or anything meaningful you know the insiders will start buying and volumes in RRR will increase way before a RNS comes, that is a certainty.

Another week nearly over, tick tock.

Very decent set of results with the cash balance increasing to £4.5m, margins increasing, EBITDA positive at half year for first time, stronger second half forecast, sales team expanded to drive revenues moving forward.

The market is forward looking, these numbers should deliver a re-rate of valuation of CNSL.

Tomorrow we will see another stellar set of results, will they exceed market expectations like before, in my considered opinion I suspect so.

The company is expanding and hitting new markets, it is no co-incidence that their 2024 Business Partner of the Year award has gone to a company based in Saudi Arabia - they are selling CNSL products in the region & the UAE

Goodness knows why this information has not been RNS'ed even if it was on a Reach basis, they would not give an award like this unless the recipient was delivering excellent sales would they !

Decent numbers tomorrow and a positive outlook and this will re-rate into a new trading range, not much time to get in now !
