Not sure if this has been posted but Baron has bought more today - he suggests the shares are irresistible at current levels

From a technical perspective a move back into the 6p region looks very much on - any shares coming onto the market are being snapped up PDQ.

It could be a good time to add or buy back IMO, remember Baron (who is very astute and has contacts close to the market) suggested the shares will recover strongly once the 2 sellers were out, it looks like it is starting to happen.

Plenty of willing buyers at current levels for sure.

Baron seems to think the price will rise strongly soon enough, the sellers cannot last forever & must be close to exit.

The shares have had a great run since the last placing at 0.136p the fear is the company will use this rise to raise another tranche of funding, over recent months there has been a placing broadly every month.

Recent discounts seem to be in the 15%/20% region, no doubt time will tell but PREM probably needs 1 or possibly two more financings before production lift off.

Looking at the patten of trading over recent days the sellers stock appears to be being quite easily absorbed on market - my bet is the former directors are exiting, the fact that Baron (who knows his stuff) suggested there are 2 sellers confirms this thesis - he also expects the price to rally sharply down the line.

Given the shares hit 7.4p quite recently, a broker suggests a target IRO 14p, no wonder buyers are absorbing the selling.

The RSI is at a six month low from being heavily overbought in mid April, there is plenty of room for upside therefore.

STRATEGIC MINERALS doing everything right but a couple of sellers have been in control of late. The asset is extremely valuable and not being reflected by the current price action. That won't last forever though and the shares will surge back up.

The window to get in sub 0.020p is fast closing, the next news could be company changing, confidence is very high the plant will finally perform and with that comes highly profitable revenues.

The recent large TR1 positions tells you all you need to know. No wonder volume is building, follow the money !!

It is clear to me that there are some large buyers out there happy to take any stock that comes onto the market at current levels. I predict this will end the week north of .25p even without news - confidence must be extremely high the plant will finally perform, one whiff of positivity on the production front and the SP will surge PDQ.

TSX price now recovering, now 45c equals circa 25p a share. I think this could recover nicely tomorrow.

Hard to believe these hit 80p in March.

On the way down this afternoon it was impossible to buy, IG had it closed for short periods, very strange, it moved from 30p to 22p in minutes, this has always been very volatile due to the thin float.

I would imagine a large number of stop losses have been hit, triggering selling in a very thin market, volume only 400k shares.

Anything materially price sensitive (to trigger the drop) would have been RNS'ed by now surely.

Taken a few as a punt.

Keeps going in and out of auction, not easy to buy these lows assuming there is nothing untoward going on in the background.

The company is materially undervalued plain and simple, it looks like the market is starting to realise this, the last company presentation set out the growth path ahead, it was exceptionally upbeat, link below...........

Having perused the recent broker note and aligned it with the April Trading Statement one has to conclude the company is now in a position to expand sales without fear of manufacturing bottlenecks, not only that the new plant enables margins to be increased further from an excellent 65%.

Make no mistake even the slightest uptick in sales now would make a material improvement to the bottom line.

Maybe the plan has worked, namely, increase margin, streamline product, improve plant and now increase sales with the expanding team.

If one thinks about the situation, it would have made no sense to pump sales aggressively as the company would have struggled to manufacture product, that has now changed.

The Gracious Fellow has noticed some sizable buying over the last month, so far not reflected in the SP as the wide spread has hindered underlying share price strength.

Could this reach the historically unobtainable broker target (currently 6p) yes it could given recent events.

Cambridge at the current level is a stonking BUY.
