RE: New interview28 Jan 2026 16:30
Another soft interview which does not address the material issues ahead which I have documented here before, he keeps referring to the historic past at Kabwe which everyone knows about, let's be honest even a mid cap would have 'challenges' given the scale of the project, yes they aim to drill with the potential to increase the resource but then what ?
Lloyd, not for the first time refers to the $2b in ground resource but then in the same sentence talks about we have to get it out and then refers to SKA's £4m m/cap, can you see the issue, sure as heck I can.
A clear plan is required, is the company seeking a JV partner of scale, if so say it, I can see no other option, there is no way SKA can materially finance Kabwe, I want to be positive here but struggle given the lack of clarity on the way forward.
In respect of Rukwa, not even mentioned in that interview, why not ??
The junior sector is on fire, many stocks have multi bagged, Shuka share price remains in the gutter, not helped by that LONG funding wait and then the kick in the teeth 4p placing, sentiment is dire, some positive news is essential, we all know the float is tiny so anything is possible, the upside could still be dynamic but it needs a catalyst.
