RE: What's going on with AYM30 Mar 2021 17:23
The RSI on AYM sits at 23, to say is it is materially oversold is a understatement.
Whoever is shorting this have done a great job, they have polluted the A@VFN bulletin board with poison, disrupted this one and happily boast how low this will go.
One has to ask why AYM management decided to use ETX (Monecor) to raise funds, I have not seen one single company Monecor raise cash for do well, when Kibo Energy ditched ETX their share price doubled in a week.
Folk need to understand that brokers/market makers can run a short book on any stock without declaring their position, there is also a well known blogging outfit where their participants tend to short as opposed to going long, this outfit have been negative AYM for a long time now, a clue is they run Bearcasts.
Often shares like AYM that are materially oversold are prone to spike when least expected almost certainly down to short closing.
Those shorting need to replenish their naked positions (means selling shares they do not have), so will management oblige via a placing or have they the willpower to say no, if so the short positions will have to buy back in the market and the shares will spike.
Anyone who has contact with management may like to ask them to move to a more regular and user friendly broker.
