Red Rock will get shares, so more value creation.

I wondered if any of the larger shareholders here have contacted the company, it's PR or the Nomad in respect of the delayed Q&A session.

As the event was RNS'ed I feel the Nomad should force the company to make a statement as to why it has not occurred. Whilst the Q&A itself is not price sensitive some market entities may have traded in anticipation of the said event.

My take is the only reason it has not occurred is down to an imminent announcement, if there is no announcement and they simply forget about the Q&A the matter is unforgivable. Having met Masterman on many occasions I feel he is not the type to deliberately misinform so I continue to believe the Q&A is aligned to a news event.

My view is they may be trying to refinance which is not uncommon when production targets are not met in the early years, Metals Exploration is a good example as was Rambler Mining & Metals - both Co's share prices surged on the news, the good news with W is that Masterman will want to protect his personal investment.

Not long to wait for an update IMO.

Turner Pope have just set their clients a fully updated broker note, generally very positive and suggests certain events 'would add considerably to OMI's valuation'

It is clear as crystal there are market maker games going on here, this morning, even with IG, it was not possible to buy online when they took the offer down to 16p, this continued for around 1 hour, it is now possible to buy again but the initial momentum has been quelled.

I would not be surprised if a market maker or a short consortium is short OMI but it could be a combination of both.

I am staggered over the drop from 42p and continued weakness, the shares are materially oversold, the RSI is sitting at a 12 month low to confirm that.

If a bounce comes it will be a material one IMO.

I took some more yesterday, with good weather ahead in Spain and commodity prices moving in W favour the shares look set to rally from a very low base.

Quite hard to buy in any decent size in the market, IG wanted a premium for over 50,00 shares.

It makes you wonder if they are working on something material before the Q&A session, is some form of debt refinancing taking place for example.

In any-case they must inform the market if the Q&A is delayed as the Nomad will insist on this, the statement was made via RNS. Note how Goldstone Res were forced to update because they had missed a target date and had to explain to the market, forced by the Nomad against their wishes.

If they can do some deal with Blackrock it would be most beneficial, it does appear production should ramp up as good weather will be ongoing for at least 5-7 months in Spain.

Interesting times ahead and hopefully the SP will start to reflect the improving operational performance and strong commodity prices.

Long term follower of WRES, have met MM many times, have traded the shares profitably fortunately, bought back in today having been out for 18 months or longer, a number of smallish tranches initially, recent updates seem to suggest they are turning the corner.

The shares are fast moving on volume, at current levels must be a reasonable entry point IMO, time will tell.

As expected it has bounced off the support line, a run back to .45p looks entirely possible from current levels, a number of retail outlets are 'at best' to buy Kibo currently.

Pretty strong chart support around current levels - RSI has gone form overbought to below neutral so indicators suggest a bounce is due, fallen from .56p to current .32p

Where are the new Directors Bell mentioned were inbound around 1 month ago, if ever there was a company that needed improved corporate governance Red Rock is one.

I do hope Bell is not thwarting the proposed new team ( a bit like Prof Conroy at Conroy Gold who wants to retain his 'power') If I recall correctly certain folk who are close to Red Rock suggested news in this respect was imminent a few weeks ago, nothing to date though.

In the last Stockbox interview over 2 weeks ago Bell said that the RNS machine would be in overdrive but so far the only RNS's are warrants, director options and share issues, not exactly what was expected.

All the above said, knowing the mechanics of AIM and leaks, buyers were active Friday so one suspects news is imminent, hopefully the new Directors will excite the market as well as project updates.

As a trading proposition early next week is probably a good time to buy in.

One can only assume these 1m sells are Ruffer - their last holding statement was in January 2019 , they held under 5% which in share terms was no more than 100m shares.

The share price is disappointing to say the least, I have posted historically the barest minimum compared to peers should be in a range of 2.25p to 2.5p, since that time operational performance has improved significantly.

It is all rather strange.

It costs EVERY AIM company £250k/£300k for it's annual listing, that is a well know fact, Nomad, Advisors etc

Recent salaries for RRR have been modest - Bell base salary was £82k in 2020, same in 2019 - total director base salaries were £183,000 in 2020 - comparable to many peers.

G&A costs (which include those salaries) were £600k for both 2020 and 2019 - again comparable to peers.

The running costs of Red Rock are no different to most other junior resource stocks.

The company appears to be packaging themselves up to be sold, legacy debt provided by Directors and company friends has been converted into shares + infrastructure improvements (e.g. mini refinery and all weather road) have been made recently to make Petroneft more attractive to prospective buyers.

It is worth noting that Oil India paid $85m back in 2014 to acquire just 50% of one licence (no 61)

The main shareholder in Petroneft is a outfit called Natlata they now own 25% of the company and have been aggressive and want a return on their investment having paid much higher prices for their shares.

Natlata have been instrumental in removing the useless historic management and have put their own team onboard - the new (and seemingly impressive) CEO was one of their appointees.

I fully believe Petroneft will be sold and a deal could be announced sooner than many believe, the environment is now ideal for such a sale.

With 919m shares in issue PTR is valued at a mere £21m - any deal would be north of 10p a share for certain.

There have been a few tweets concerning Petroneft from Russian focussed investors, all suggesting the company is materially undervalued and are expecting a material re-rating once news starts to kick in.

All I personally know is that it is exceptionally hard to buy a meaningful slice of shares in the market at the best of times. The stock is exceptionally tightly held.

I have to say not the best update, one wonders what exactly is going on concerning Slovenia, are they going to pursue action or not, are they still trying for a 'amicable settlement' or not.

This could have turned out very well indeed but the Slovenians pulled what appears to be a party trick, asking for an extension to the 'deadline' which encouraged everyone that some settlement would be reached, only to then declare they would not compensate.

Goodness knows where the share price will go now, on the face of it there is little short term excitement to drive it back up but on AIM anything is possible and usually happens when least expected.

It was always going to be tough buying any sizable lines of stock on the way back up, the shares look materially oversold and could easily be trading in the 8p-10p range given the recent sector bounce.

The Proactive article was very positive and demonstrates the clear undervaluation of AYM.

Let's see where this goes, if the right news comes it could offer a very decent return from current levels.
