I think it's Tesco, not Vodafone. Probably an expansion.

I think everyone is very cautious when it comes to oulooks Given by Cirata.

I don't think that for the 2 Mio we're talking about a net new customers, I suspect it's Txxxo expansion.

Good news that they stick with them, but not sensational.

I have written off my Investments... I stocked up when SK joined, but I don't think this will ever fly again...

I agree with Pearls, impressive CV's, but I doubt that they will have an impact, that's worth hiring them.

Maybe Cirata would need a more cost efficient CEO, might be a better choice for the company.

How about 'Will work for food' 😅, at least that would be a reflection of the current financial situation.

Seriously, maybe someone with more industry knowledge (Sage is a different beast) at a lower paygrade would have been the better choice.

I hope they impact the Business as much as StK did...

Nope, all the predictions and announcements so far were rock solid, that's why SK had to withdraw the financial guidance late december...

All that talk of strong leadership, trust and optimizing the sales org sounds good, but I would be more optimistic if we've seen some decent sales activities.

As always Pearls, a pretty good summary.

A few remarks from my side:

Re 1. is more wishful thinking in my opinion. I still can get over the fact, that it took SK to trim the sales org. Baker was leading sales at wandisco before, why keep him that long? Same for some others.

Re. 2 Wandisco was burning investor money for more than 18 years, and even then they made more revenue than Cirata is doing now.

Re 7 I think that is marketing BS, there is no proof for that.

Whoever handles data for any autonomous driving / assisted driving program (Stellantis, BYD, WAYMO, TESLA, Volkswagen, BMW) probably moves more data in an hour than Cirata in a year.

It's all a matter of perspective, we've hearing tales about becoming cash flow positive and all the other stuff for years now.

I had a few wandisco shares - not too much - and even bought more when Kelly took over, because I believed in the technology.

Reading some of the posts here, I think more like cult than anything else. No offence.

how could sk be so sure to achieve his goals and then ***** out two weeks before thr end of the quarter.

regarding the tech, it was their usp a few years ago, but a lot of companies have caught up or avertaken them.

if it was so unique, why is nobody buying it?

they have agreements with ibm, gcp, aws, azure... but no significant revenue.

they don't take part in any of the big automotive deals, ask around if you don't believe me.

they've changed the name, it took sk almost 2 years to get rid of the two additional cro's (they were all wandisco hores)... as for the tech staff at cirata, they are rock solid, their hard work (cs) guarantees the renewals that we've seen.

sales not so much.

look at the numbers.

no hard feelings.

It's nothing personal for me, I just find awkward that after two years nothing happens.

Meanwhile there are other aolutions out there who outperfom and outsmart Cirata.

Data fuels AI, but apparantly no one needs Cirata's stuff.

We're just getting bold partnership announcements that lead to nothing (remember 2mio was a renewal)...

Changing the name and posting stuff on Linkedin doesn't bring in revenue.

I trusted SK and thought we would see massive improvements, but the withdrawl of the financial guidance makes me doubt everything right now.

I just can't believe that this spiel is going on for two years now.

Pardon my french, given the situation at hand, Cirata is the quite the opposite of a great opportunity.

No significant sales whatsoever, lot's of promises and none delivered. No way you can sugarcoat that...

Even Wandisco had more real revenue than Cirata.

The gap between SK's messaging and the reality is so insanely huge. We all had high hopes when he took over, but this is just disappointing and on the edge to actively misleading investors.

Let's face it, Wandisco, Cirata had an opportunity window a few years back, but the technology world moves fast and the numbers tell us that almost nobody buys their stuff anymore.

Isn't it a bit early to drink?

I'm happy to be proven wrong, but there are no signs anywhere in the industry, that Cirata really gains momentum.

A little bit more transparency would help.

I don't know, there were so many anouncements in the last two years.

Feels like a sequel to an already bad movie (Wandisco), but even a better looking main actor can't save it.

Even Wandisco generated more revenue than Cirata, unbelievable.

Let's hope for the best, but I got the feeling that we won't see anythjng significant, otherwise there would have been an RNS 🙄.
