Current sp imo is not reflective of Prem prospects and just look at our next door neighbour (Kodal) sp declining from .90p to the current.30p for no good reasons either(even after securing the funds)but the market doesn’t trust Aim until the company proves itself and generates revenue. Prem is not far off and we will witness the market sentiment completely changing with shareholders being rewarded at the same time.

Just look at all directors holdings and none of them sold a dime,same with CanMax and surely if any thinks Prem is not moving in the right direction then at least one of them would abandon ship but none is doing this..doesn’t that give you some reassurance?

If you just for a moment ignore the fear mongers …you would see a far better picture of Prem..

Yes of course am holding here and defending my investment but all the above are facts..

The insiders shareholdings are huge

CanMax involvement is even at a bigger commitment with its own commercial partners waiting for Lithium..

GR reputation in this mining industry

The government reputation including well reputed national is one of Prem directors.

The current small issues before starting production are hardly relevant when you consider the bigger picture and how much efforts and finance put into it..

Mining companies on average takes 15 years from exploring to production ,Prem is well a head of the average…

All we need to be more patient and once the mill starts to churn and produce you will see no more of the negativity ..or fear mongers..

I read the RNS several times before buying today. Though any shareholder dilution is not good but I thought GR did the best for the company in this fund raise before starting production by avoiding outside lenders which may have costed far more and debts backed by assets and interest never good for a company just about providing revenues with initial tiny profit. The dilution was also limited when you consider Goddards shares used in here…

No hurdle left now to start production but yes of course we will need some more funds in the beginning but at much more favourable terms on the production proof.

Why would anyone sells today?! It’s just the fears of more decline in sp ? on paper loss only? but imo the sp rebound will be strong within the next two weeks when you take everything all together including GR shenanigans!

Today the MMs seem to let their mates to buy the mate rate in huge value trades and trading volumes and value today were the highest for many months..

No way you could justify selling today but its your money and choice .
