GR sold his shares @ .451p to lend the proceeds to Prem.

Today RNS is positive by declaring he is not taking the due loan from the recent money raised but later on to be agreed upon. The reason for today date announcement is the 6 limitation put from the original loan.

Yes it does hint of confidence in Prem on the face of it but GR is a fox of what’s in the next RNS!

I hope no more dilution but positive news of the plant starting production spodumene successful at the higher grades…🤞

The sp spread is 17%+…

Mostly trading within the spread and needs a big push with much better volumes to achieve this.

The SP does not need ramping . The facts are there to see as the market pushed the sp rocketing from .19p to 2.41p in 10 days based on facts and the huge discovery of valuable assets..

To the derampers crews…you are posting based on nonsense of speculations as there is 0 negative here..

No one is ramping here but celebrating their awesome performance of big profits and I agree the current sp is hardly reflective of the intrinsic value here with so much potentials expected..

HE1 never looked so promising as now..imo

But in either scenario we should have an RNS and then with a whiff of positive progress the sp should be climbing to 5p+ just imo..

The current discovery alone worth far more than 2.4p…

August 2021 sp was 28p on announcement of working helium prospects but no firm details as we have now with certainty plus Hydrogen discovery…

MMs are having a laugh putting the current sp at 2.4p

We all agree the current sp is severely underrated and the re rate is imminent.

Sp@ 2.41p after this enormous discovery is a joke…

28p in August 2021= -5p today.

But there were no discoveries, just speculations and expectations!

Different ball games now all together..with huge discoveries of He and Hydrogen..

We are very undervalued imo at 2.41p!

There is a big gap to fill here….towards 5.11p

The sp needs to double from here ..

The outright bid is better for the short term holders but it wouldn’t unlock the full potential and future prospects. JV is better for long term holders in terms of unlocking potentials and future prospects.

HE1 going forward alone to unlock Value is not my choice.

Out right bid as I would prefer to cash my profit now and move into less risky investments.

Be fair guys and thankful..as neil777 was shouting loud to all of us to buy when the sp was under .25p ..come on guys be fair and many here made a small and big fortunes following him..

I don’t entertain personal attacks on him and it’s un necessary..

It’s all about getting the plant working for what’s designed for, then the grades of spodumene produced which is crucial in terms of Prem profitability margins to grow and expand.

At the current spodumene SC6 market price …we need to better this and get Prem back on firm footing. This would open the door to many possibilities of growth and expansion including M&A.

If all above take place by end of this month then we will be at much higher sp but if not then it will be a long haul scenario of recovery and more dilution to shareholders.

It’s about time GR achieve this and he knows that.. Canmax is watching closely!
