Why 30% discount…when you discover world class assets!

It’s around 10% dilution but still a dilution of existing shareholders…again but hopefully this will be forgotten in a couple of weeks with more progress and positive news…

SP will take a hit towards the placing price….

No wonder the sp declined unexpectedly yesterday…probably leaked to the mates first to sell and buy in today at discount…

Not happy!

You only need to bother with sp hourly and daily fluctuations if you were day trader or short termer but not so if you are a solid long termer or genuine investor and seeing the massive potentials of HE1 discovery.

There will be a few updates due within next two weeks or even sooner including lab confirmation tests, possibly JV or t/o by a bigger boy, directors buys,institutional buys,monetisation of more assets….etc

Any of the above will push the sp much higher…

Ignore the daily fluctuations for now imo and just sit tight…

I hold millions of shares with 0 fears…

A little more patience with this undervalued company and give the sp time to re rate in orderly manner.

AIM listed companies come into the market to get more financial support to achieve their exploration and progression into production to generate revenues and become profitable as they monetise their assets..

Major companies mostly the same …just look at major oil and gas ,banks..etc with billions of pounds in debts but they are managing it as they are generating revenues and profits . Even when they were making losses tge financial institutions and shareholders supported them to get tgem over the difficulties in their finances. It’s not a big deal Prem is currently in financial constraints as it’s on the cusp of generating revenues in big way with high grade expensive spodumene on the market to sell. Prem will be huge success by this year …

Times will tell..

IMO there is no better time to invest in Prem than now…

The only way is up and negative sentiment has been reversed since the 18/1/2024 ..

We are approaching the production period and best time for any mining company to invest in..

Prem has successfully managed to overcome all the obstacles and financial support, and soon it’s revenues would flow at increasing pace with lower expenses and increasing profits . Let’s not forget Prem is rich with other assets to monetise yet..

All of this at the bargain price of .26p a share. It’s a steal imo..

Obviously the market is paying no attention to the derampers here as the share price has been moving up and recovered by over 60% from its low @18/1/2024(sp .16p).

The market have seen thousands of trolls before and decided long time ago to throw them in the world bin…
