I strongly believe if the hot commissioning succeeds in proving the performance to produce SC6 grade with ability to romping the quantity then a third party like Glencore will be in to complete the MOU..

Though One has to ask how much more raises are required to complete the hot commissioning?

Let’s hope we see more sp re rate before this happens..

Jaglith…from 26/3/2026 the sp has risen by over 80% and placements price too from 0.0126 To 0.0185p..

This is a big improvement reflecting confidence by the market and institutional investors throughout the commissioning process and progress made..surely you can acknowledge this or as usual bringing the past and ignoring the present facts..

Also you have been so wrong in your assessment lately of the the current state of GH being in charge with his successes in rectifying the past mistakes and building confidence.

You need to look at it from here on at the commissioning progress and optimisation stage ..on time by q2.

The placement price has been rising in the last two months or so…(from 0.012…0.0135…0.0185) and they are happening on the rising share price and trading volumes.

Doesn’t this indicate to you that the institutional appetite is strengthening to finance Prem with more confidence in making profits?

Guys the market sentiment has already improved and turning positive towards Prem / Zulu progress and no coming back..building more confidence in Zulu to achieve its goals by institutional and private investors alike with a positive response of the market with the sp rising over 80% in the same period.

We are definitely moving in the right direction..and time to ignore the derampers here.

Acker..yes true but the RNS today mentioned optimisations

“ The Company is now planning to transition into hot commissioning activities involving the introduction of ore feed into the complete process plant as part of the next phase of commissioning and optimisation, with all activities continuing to remain on track for the previously guided Q2 2026 commissioning timeline.”

Not quite sure if GH will face further delays or we are just picking at the wording of one paragraph in this RNS?

The most important part will be the successful commissioning of the plant to produce sc6 in the right quantity by q2 …

Optimisations should follow to achieve peaks and profitability..

I like to see successful commissioning first to prove its working as we have failed previously on several attempts under GR..

Acker….yes I noticed this issue re commissioning target by end of q2 without mentioning optimisation at the same time line but if you look deeper as per RNS..

.” Shareholders are further advised that the flotation cell scraper paddles have not yet been connected during this current stage of wet commissioning utilising water only, with connection and operation of the scraper paddles expected to coincide with the introduction of reagents and ore feed during hot commissioning activities associated with spodumene froth recovery.”

Then the message is clearer that we will have a plant that’s working as designed to provide sc6 by the the end of q2 but optimisations to reach peak performance and profitability will be an ongoing process once the commissioning is successfully completed….the two processes steps consequence are correct.

GH is using his words carefully and accurately as we shouldn’t expect the commissioning and optimisation to be completed at the same time..

The raise at a much higher price is good and the sp is holding strong which indicates market and investors confidence…

Patience is a key here …

The spread is the lowest I have ever seen in Prem..

MMs must be very confident on trading prem now..

It looks like this’s the beginning of re rate that we are waiting for.

The scenario put today is more like living in the past with more and more delays expected!

The SC6 is currently near $3000/t and the amount we have in the ground are enormous with demands outweighing the supply by wide margins we will get a white knight or two once the plant is proven by end of June and there will be no issues with further placements by then at a much much higher share price even if there is no white knight . I have doubled my holdings recently after the recent placings as I believe we are currently priced at least x4 below assets value alone and more lower priced raises.

GH has not bluffed or lied and has been very transparent with what we need to do to get us where we should be two years ago but unfortunately we had a disastrous CEO not fit for purpose then.

We need to look at prem in a more positive prospects from here on.

Investments are always for future prospects and growth and Prem at the current sp level is a steal imo.

I agree though we are at a crucial time to make or break but my faith in GH makes me feel far more confident we are about to make a big turnaround in Prem sentiment and we already have witnessed this recently by two big new investors taking more than 18% of the company shares.
