That’s exactly what I was thinking and in this case if another big dilution takes place the options would look reasonably priced that if the dilution led to sp going well below the current sp….

Something to think about it but it will be not good for us! in the short term?

Let’s be happy for the rapid turnaround from the abyss towards impressive progress by GH.

We may disagree on today’s RNS options offer but surely we shareholders agree on one thing that SC6 production with the desired quantity is very near now.

GH is a good replacement as MD.

GH has been in this position for nearly a year and hasn’t bought a single share even not buying through out several placements. It’s a fallacy to believe he couldn’t do this through out all this time. Nothing illegal about this.

GH should be buying if he was so confident in Prem as an undervalued at the current sp level.

AIM companies directors are the worse in stock market.

Guys…the options price is very low and dilutive to us …

It should’ve been much higher to infuse confidence in the market but the BoD are f#cking greedy lots to enrich themselves.

They don’t care about the shareholders who have been hammered and lost huge sums of money to finance this sh#t show..

I am not impressed with options price but for BoD it seems a win win situation without taking any risk to make big profits.

I prefer the BoD buying shares now to infuse more confidence in the progress they have declared so far. At least to boost the current sp for the next placement.

It doesn’t seem they want to put their own money now but instead asking us to accept dilution with the none ending dilutions.

Come on GH put your hand in your pocket now and join the long suffering shareholders.

NASA1..GR started well with his discovery but didn’t recognise his limitations which costed the shareholders their hard earned money and some were hurt very badly but GR continued lying and printing misinformation of the real state of the plant with Stark that he chose wrongly to build the none functional plant. He fell on his sword in the end. GR was not fit for purpose to run a mine but he perhaps was a good Geologist and that’s it.

GH so far seems the right person and moving forward trying to get us out from the disastrous situation left to him by GR.
