Is not the problem but the over promising and under delivering GR has freaked CanMax and it seems they are determined to ousting him out and take over Zulu…

GR position is now very weak and untrainable unless he pull a rabbit out of his hut by getting a third party or he will be out sooner than later.

My feeling he is now trying hard with giving some concessions to CanMax and at tge same trying to find alternatives to CanMax to compete with CanMax or at least strengthen his negotiation with them..

CanMax is probably gauging third party interest in Prem then decides what’s their next step is “ to back down on their proposed amendments if there is a third party interest or to throw a lowball bid if no third party interest “. For CanMax is a risk worth taking at this stage while Prem at this vulnerable financial state….

CanMax has shown their cards and they don’t give a damn about the other stakeholders but themselves to acquire all or as much as they can from Zulu..

Let’s hope there are third parties interested in Prem as mentioned by GR who comes across as confident there are?

Yes..disappointing as CanMax is basically taking advantage of Prem current financial situation.

CanMax wants to steal Zulu in their alternative amendments to reach an agreement but GR has resisted and declined which I would agree with..

Let’s hope GR finds another partner or Acquirer and give CanMax their money and I think that’s what he will do..

How could Canmax walk away while they have 13%+ equity in the company…perhaps to crash their own investment!! What sort of logic you have…?

The one thing Canmax can do…is to bid on Prem or Zulu and manage it 100%..

Or they stay put and work with Prem as of now..

The current negative speculations here have no basis whatsoever ..

Prem is a solid company at present and not a speculative punt any more..

It has valuable assets In great demands producing and generating revenues and increasing both rapidly. This is backed by tens of millions of investments by Canmax and other shareholders. Canmax has over 13% equity and also paid millions as a prepayment to buy Prem Lithium. The CEO bought recently over £100k in shares at .925p far higher than current sp and has bigger stakes in Prem.

We have plant with modern technology built by world known company and their reputation too at stake for any failure in producing the right grades…

All the right steps in place apart from a few amateurs spouting unfounded fears and doubts among investors .

Stay strong and short term volatility is hardly relevant for the lth..and ignore the negativity and focus on what has been built and achieved so far at this pivotal stage of Prem..

Canmax is a huge company and must have done their due diligence before the big commercial commitment to Prem and remains very supportive…
