I believe GR knew before stockbox interview that Canmax were pulling out,otherwise he wouldn’t go and take two attorneys advice and issue the FM….

GR must have been preparing for this as the tone in stockbox interview was non conciliatory from him towards Canmax and full of confidence. It did not give the feel of bluffing to me…

FM is a clever delaying legal move to buy time and execute his alternative should Canmax does not budge…..well today Canmax confirmed this!

So we want to know GR plan B asap..

It’s silly to say Canmax does not need Prem lithium at all…

So why Canmax bought so many shares in Prem and prepay for goods !? ..Ah because they do not need it..lol

Canmax is in desperate needs of Lithium to fulfill its orders for third parties…they are also desperate to swallow zulu but GR has rightly rejected their aggressive and hostile approach…

GR would have conceded to Canmax amendments if he had thought Canmax agreement is detrimental to Prem survival….but GR rebuked Canmax in public with confidence and also threatened them to make alternative deal with another party ….meaning abandoning Canmax.

GR also issued FR as a preemptive move to warn Canmax…

Guys I am fully confident of our strategy and the strength of Prem …

Holding truckload here with confidence…and yesterday I didn’t miss the opportunity to load lots of cheap shares here..

Your example is not quite the same..

In our case Canmax owns big chunks of Prem and in partnership with Prem for both sides to benefit and support each other to profit..but where is the support from Canmax partner!! Nil but exploiting Prem weakness and financial predicament to steal their partner in all the ways they can.

This is not a genuine partnership imo.

In your example if I were a partner or own part of dfs ..I would reach amicable agreement rather than punishing them in attempt to weaken them to steal what I can and ignore all other stakeholders and put them on the brink . This is what Canmax is doing…

Just imv..and how I see it.

What I dislike about CanMax they are not behaving like a fair partner to share the Prem unforeseen hiccups but rather kicking us while we are on the ground asking them for understanding and for both sides to succeed and profit. CanMax is playing dirty in attempts to steal Prem Zulu…
