Yes ,though GR took legal advice from two legal firms in the usa and canada and obviously told him to serve the FM ,then Stark believed it is a case of FM…

Ultimately the court will decide but somehow Canmax first step is to contest the FM first but so far they didn’t…still they have a few days more..

Well let’s see if Canmax comes back or goes for a hostile bid..

I hope they will renegotiate rather than having a third party and a legal battle hanging on our head for long time..

Canmax kept the off take and Prem should supply Canmax the 50% but the FM has stopped this too and all obligations to Canmax as per contract agreement between the two parties..

Zulu can produce and sell what they want until the FM is sorted out..

Prem too can negotiate with third parties too and the FM issue with Canmax will be sorted much later..in court if Canmax wants.

My take GR is more or less is putting Canmax in a difficult position so they consider coming back to negotiate to continue supporting each other but on acceptable terms.

Third party involvement is a possibility as GR mentioned and counted six of them and two are serious …

In my mind there will be two possibilities either Canmax comes back or Canmax goes for a hostile bid as the relationship between the two now is not good!

Our assets in Zuku seems what Canmax is after but other assets look very interesting and can be game changer?

I thought what GR confirmed that Zulu can continue producing and selling as they are a different identity with its bod so they can do what best for the company but it’s a subsidiary to Prem and will be counted as Prem overall asset in court of law if the court verdict in Canmax favour….of course if arbitration fails before court proceedings…

Two issues here…operational by Zulu is not hindered by the FM.

But still an asset belong to Prem in court of law ..

Canmax is boxed in and will have to reply to the FM notice within ten days if they want to challenge it but so far they didn’t …only a few days more for them to do so..

The likelihood Canmax will be coming back to negotiate with GR or they lose their reputation and wait for their payback for over 12 months and get replaced by a third party.

It will be crazy for Canmax to abandon Prem..
