..Rise yesterday is only the beginning and next week we hopefully pass .70p+ ..

Lots of news are coming in ,and all of them should push the SP higher..(Stark interview video, grade results from the lab, Canmax back to the negotiating table,third party interest announcement,funding arrangements announcement by GR or other financiers..etc).

Re rate of sp is ongoing from here..even without further positive announcements as GR interview explained our strong position and answered all questions to the market).

Canmax played dirty with GR in the AGM and tried to intimidate him so he would submit to their greed and the attempting theft of Zulu . Canmax knew how valuable Zulu is and they are in desperate needs for lithium supply to fulfil their orders commitments by third parties . Their plans were backfired as GR stood firm to defend his big personal investment mainly and his reputation . GR knows what he is hiding underground and also the valuable other possibilities too in Prem. He is acting from strength here and has the big pockets to continue operating .

Canmax has been screwed here with a threat of being kicked out and replaced by a third party..

Prem is a win win with incredible value imo..

I suspect a few here took short positions and are trying to push the sp down by their attempts of pushing the weak holders to sell so they can cut their losses but they will be very disappointed as what remains here are the very core strong believers in Prem..

Suspension is not a problem for me…I will switch off my truckload engine and wait!

But I have my doubt this will take place..as current MMs are not taking this very seriously when they have been marking the SP up…

My thoughts…

GR is negotiating with a third party or a financiers to reverse the severe negativity but I doubt he would dilute the shareholders after witnessing their mood in the last AGM votes against raising the ceiling of shares. He also is fighting for his position as it is obviously when he was nearly ousted out recently..

The market is not bothered today by the possibility of suspension….but the opposite is true by marking the sp up!..so why would anyone else bothering..

It’s foolish to think GR talking tough with Canmax and refusing their amendments then exposing them in public without having a solid plan B as he knew they were walking away.

He has been with Prem for over 15 years and holds over £13m equity. He knows precisely what we have underground and the massive value that he is not going to let Canmax take it away for a song!
