My partner’s mum has just been diagnosed with it. I spoke to her about the trial last night as she has been put on palliative care. It has spread to her liver. She had resigned herself to what lies ahead but where there is no hope, there may be hope so maybe she will agree and be eligible.
Must be going well, Manchester are now recruiting. When I looked a couple of days ago it was just Leeds and London. https://www.patientwing.com/study/386687?layout=default&studySiteId=3232994
I did a day 2 Randox test on return from Spain a couple of weeks ago. Reluctantly paid £43 so I could get the reference number for the passenger locator form and get home. Found out the drop box was miles away so didn’t post it. My son put his in Royal Mail post box and they received it and he was sent a negative result by email.
Likely because the government do not want to be seen wasting tax payers money on people who want to go on holiday, when ironically, they wasted 3.2billion on the Chinese lft’s.
I returned from Spain a week ago having done a lft pre-departure that was also of Chinese origin, posted to me from a British company.
My son is in Spain at the moment and I researched acceptable antigen tests because one child had to do a test before flying there. Here is a link

Also I will likely to receive the Orient Gene lft because it has been approved by our corrupt government. Annoying I have to pay for this tat. Knowing my luck it will give me a false positive. I hope not. So frustrating!
I am going to Spain on Monday. You don’t need a test to get into Spain if you are double vaccinated, my partner first dose is one of the batches not being accepted because it was made in India and has no licence. Hopefully Spain will overlook this otherwise an extra hurdle at the airport.
You have to take a pre-departure test 72 hrs before you return. I have ordered ours from C19testing.co.uk at £29 each so not too bad. IT will be delivered tomorrow and we take it with us and upload the photo evidence and email it to the company who will give us a “fit to fly” certification.
You also have to pre book a PCR test for day 2 when you return.
The board is diabolical today. The number of posts from users who only appear when the share price falling wreaks of schadenfreude. Ignore them and trust in why you invested. A world beating lft, AVA6000 dosing of the first human patient will make chemo more effective and less traumatic for the patient. The precision platform will be world beating and a must in every oncology department. The market cap will be billions, may take a while but we will get there.
Amazing how many new names appear on a bad day. Hopefully Grant Shapps will help the travel industry by ditching expensive PCR tests in favour of lft’s. The airline that is lucky enough to showcase Affidx will become very busy. Game, set and match Avacta!
I feel like that chicken. My last top up was £2.62 and I am out of funds to buy any from this ludicrous drop. Luckily I ain’t no chicken so none sold. I’ve been here over a year though so my average is £1.50. It will come good in the end. Is it Friday Fomo yet :)
