I agree Wolf. 500 bopd absolute bare minimum flowed sustainably. That would give enough money to make the company self funding instead of rinsing PI’s every 4-6 months. 1000 bopd is more realistic and anything above that is a bonus. Balcombe slugged at 3000 bopd but yes was only flowed over a short period of time and it is a horizontal well.

The stagnation in the SP to me confirms my beliefs that Angus are giving D.L. time to sell his 8mill and then once this is done they will raise more funds. Before you say it no I have not sold my long term investment but in the short term this smells of people getting out before the raise happens as the market should be buzzing with anticipation of Brockham about to start flowing. Just my opinion saying it how I see it, could be wrong but I have no agenda. Look forward to seeing what sustainable rates we can get from Brockham.

I agree there will be a major correction at some point it's just a matter of when. Common sense would suggest once the delist is complete the big investors will load up. I just hope we don't end up like Ophir where we hit 30p MEA load up to say 40p and then take us over at 30% above 40p eg around mid/low 50's and then all those that bought higher will be screwed over and MEA get a decent producing company at a bargain. Either the big investors have Paul by the balls or there is something fishy going on nobody is telling us that others already know. What is highly obvious is that anything 30p and under and you will see a very healthy return within 1-2 years. I keep saying this is way undervalued and yet it drops even further.......

Willow I call bull**** Brockham is not experiencing the same issues as BB. The issue is the isolation of the water. The water makes it much more difficult for oil to flow to surface at high rates but the oil still came to surface. You would know this if you had bothered to read the RNS from Angus before you “supposedly invested”. Angus is the operator for both Balcombe and Brockham and going by Balcombe’s huge flow rates that were so high it slugged means they know how to get the Kimmeridge flowing. Water isolation is they key to high sustainable flows, might as well make sure there is no issues with the previous perforations by reperforating and then isolating the water section which will happen once the logs confirm it’s location.

Couldn't agree more, breath of fresh air YL. I think the market is very wary at the moment due to previous actions and achievements of the company.

To me it’s obvious Lenigas needs cash liquidity and his stake in Lidsey was never going to give any decent returns in the short term. Therefore he requested to sell his stake and JTP aka Angus obliged by diluting shareholders at our expense and Lenigas makes a healthy return on his investment. The long term and short term success of Angus will depend on Brockham and Balcombe but Brockham is more important due to it’s production license and higher percentage interest for Angus. Fingers crossed for good sustainable flows from Brockham. Still not convinced on the financial health but that’s my opinion. I’m focused on the long term potential and realise there will be dilution until we can sustain the company by oil production.

Am I being stupid to suggest that surely they wont know if the water is successfully isolated until they reperforate and flow test? They can tell us the bridge plug has been set but whether it has been done correctly and has isolated the water we wont know until we perforate and flow test? Alan?

Definitely will warrant an RNS as it's extremely important to the success of Brockham. LL knows this and will report it when appropriate but once isolated it's all about what long term oil flows can be achieved. Just hope they get this SP into double figures before raising more funds.

I suggested this a while back to try and find a reason for the stall in SP. Could be a mixture of Lenigas and the other placing share holders who have a 50% profit from 4p. We have enough news coming up to churn through the sellers at this level.

Would be nice for them to focus on sustainable production flows to prop up the company. That would certainly get investors buying, instead of running before we can walk. Time will tell what they have planned who knows how they are going to fund this next adventure. Would rather they focus on Balcombe and Brockham like others have said.

Can anyone get hold of any data to see the short positions against SDX? Looks like either a seller that hasn't finished or shorts holding it down. Just trying to gauge when to top up as it seems pretty sturdy above 34p.

I have no idea how it works internally. But my logical guess would be there is normally an announcement that increases the value of the stock massively eg Brockham flowing at 1000 bopd for a month continuously and therefore the only sell orders for the MM's to execute are at 80% of the previous price. They then set the price at 80% higher to get liquidity in the stock again as that's where they make their money in buys and sells with the bid and ask. Would be great to know from someone who has worked for or as an MM. I imagine a lot of it is done by algorithms from buy and sell orders.
