I will also have a saver on A GOOD SKIN EW. Who was a good second to CAUSE OF CAUSES at Cheltenham and is 9lb better off at Ayr. I was very disappointed at the opening price of TWO TAFFS in the 4.45 if you look at the form of other horses in the race I was expecting an opening price of at least 14/1. TWO TAFFS is part owned by Dai Walters who owns Ffos Las. ALVARADO will run in the Scottish Grand National on Saturday. Friday racing at Newbury 4.05 GRUMETI EW 3.10 BIRCH HILL 3.45 DOUBLE SHUFFLE finally at Southwell 6.40 SOCIAL CLIMBER EW with Coner Shoemark on board. Conor rode a brilliant race today on PERFECT CANDIDATE if you watch the race he worked for 3 miles and looked beat from 4 out Paddy looked as if he had the race in the bag but Conor never gave up his first ride as a pro jockey was for me at Worcester. At Exeter 2.25 WILD WEST WIND ticks all the box's for Paddy its schooled and working well and is lightly raced only having 5 races this season. 3.35 RETRO VALLEY EW this David Dennis horse came up against a better field last time and run very well. Finally 2.30 Southwell it's a choice between two flat jockeys who rode for me over the sticks Timmy Murphy and Willie Twiston-Davies and I take MELENDEZ to come out on top. GLA

I was told today because of the unusual heavy ground a lot of horses have gone over the top!! So I will look for lightly raced horses a lot of handicappers who have run a lot of races this season has been showing in results lately and at Aintree. Mullins horses don't get raced to much.
