Nigel BOGART is working very well and Kevin thinks he's back to his best but the horse has let me down so often it's Amy's favourite in the yard. I think it could lead for 4fgs and tire but I hope I'm wrong. Showing a good profit on VAL at moment on the share front expecting life changing news this month!!!

One of my favourite courses York I had several runners there but only placed at best. It looks like it could be a good day for my old friend ,neighbor and trainer Keviin Ryan. The ground was very heavy last time he run but at 16/1 he has to be a good bet on good to firm. 3.45 SO DI MAR is my Oaks horse. 4.20 CASTLE HARBOUR EW. 4.50 HEMMINGWAY EW This 2yo has been working extremely well and Kevin knows how to get a young horse ready for York and it's got a lovely pedigree. 5.20 MUHAAFIZ EW. It was a good Saturday with my biggest bet of the day on the T-D horse and a good ew on k. Fallon. Poor meetings in UK Sunday but Irish racing looks good. Leapardstown 3.35 SHOGUN. MOORE had the choice of four horses but choose SHOGUN. Ludlow 3.05 ALTESSE DE GUYE Martin Keighley horses are in cracking form. In the 3.40 GRAND ENTERPRISE I would love to see Paddy win this as its sponsored by my old Battalion 1st Battion Welsh Guards Association and the jockey says this horse has been waiting for good ground in his 1st handicap outing. 4.15 NOCHE DE REYES is in great form at home and conditions will suit. Lots of racing Saturday but it still hard to find a winner. Ascot in the 2.30 PERESTROIKA EW The 5lb claimed by the very good apprentice Hector Crouch could be crucial in the result. Ascot 3.40 MARGARETS MISSION EW. Won for us on several occasions last season with Fergal Lynch on board and Kieren has come to Ascot for this one ride from Ireland where he's based and the horse has travelled from Scotland. I've been told she is working very well. Haddock 2.45 KELINNI who we were on first time out is still in great form at home and will run another big race from the front. Last but not least at Nottingham 3.15. GOLDSLINGER should be spot on after his first run of the season. One for luck Nottingham 4.25 ALDEBURGH EW. Be great for Nigel and Willie to have first flat turf winner of the season and quietly confident. GLA

Let's find a winner at Chester on Friday! In the 2.10 ARNOLD LANE EW SDS is in great form as is Mick Channon. 4.20 SWIFT APPROVAL EW A much improved run and is working very well. If the draw was much lower I would be a lot more confident but he won so well at Musselburgh I believe he's up for this. In the 5.20 INDIRA EW The Mayor of Newmarket John Berry if re- elected will be celebrating with a winner. Market Rasen 3.25 THREE OF A KIND EW. Been working and schooled very well. 4.30 DOUBLE SILVER paddy loves this horse and he's lightly raced this is only his 5th race in last 12months. GLA

A good draw for Kevin's very fast 2yo this course is expected to be up his street and they will all have to catch him!! 4.55 CELEBRATION has a good weight pull for 1lgth defeat by REFLEKTOR 18days ago and that should give Richards horse the advantage. Let's hope our luck is in at Chester! In the 3.10 SILVER CONCORDE EW. The 3.45 MUKAYNIS EW we were on him 1st time out over 6fgs and led to last 100yds he's working well and has a good draw and he's the one they will have to catch. At Kelso 2.50 ALWAYS ON THE RUN. Paddy so gone a long way for this but he won't get unseated this time. 2.35 Kk LEXION. Should pull off the double for Paddy and Tom. GLA

My thoughts go out to Brodie Hampson who lost her dad Mark last night. Brodie is riding at Warwck and Kempton today, her dad would have wanted her too. Brodie won the Royal Artillery Gold Cup at Sandown on Fergals JENNYS SURPRISE which was entered in her dads name as owner for the day. Mark had served for 25 years in the Royal Artillery. I would love Brodie to win the 6.05 at Kempton today on MAID IN TUSCANY EW for her dad Mark.

If the going stays good he also has a good EW chance with PARSNIP PETE in the 5.35 but only if the going is good or better!! I'll post any flat info in the morning. GLA

Finished in profit today with RIBCHESTER and good bet on BATTLE OF SHILOH but the heavy rain at Thirsk and Doncaster didn't help.It looks like the O'Brian horses haven't hit top form yet this season! It's a big Saturday for racing. Phillip Richard Fahey says" I'm very happy with RIBCHESTER and he's very fit and very well. The problem is he's a star at home and does everything so easily, and they went no gallop at Maisons Laffitte and he just raced with the choke out. I'm confident he'll stay the mile if we can get him to relax-wherever that is in the field-and while the favourite will take the world of beating,I think my fellow deserves to have a crack. Richard also fancies HOME CUMMINS is working extremely ahead of her reappearance in the Thirsk Hunt Cup. Again you'd have to be worried she might just need it but it wouldn't surprise me at all if she big race even though she's drawn wider than I'd ideally want in 14. Doncaster 5.45 CANYARI Newmarket 2.30. GOKEN EW this horse is highly thought of by Kevin and he thinks it will make a top sprinter who joined the yard from French trailer H A Pentall for owner Guy Pariente. Uttoxeter 3.00 BATTLE OF SHILOH who won his Bumper to us last time out has schooled well and big run expected with Paddy up. In 3.35 JENNIES SURPRISE EW we were expecting him to run a big race for us at Perth last week but she fell for the 1st time in here career at the 2nd fence Paddy is riding and she's in great order has schooled well and she's lightly raced. Phillip sick as a pig had unexpected visitors and took them out. David England was my Grand National jockey on FUNDAMENTALIST he's a very good work rider and horseman regularly rides out for Nigel T-D never get the rides he deserves and struggles to make a living from racing.
