So several scenarios for investors and those sitting on the side-lines.; 1)The Deal goes ahead, in which case the sp will rise close to the offered(possible offer) price.

2) The offer never materialises or goes away; in which case the SP will drop back probably to 6'ish IMO.

3) JC , having recommended the possible offer reports back that the major share holders have rejected the offer either out of hand ,or would want "X" amount minimum.

4) As one or two have suggested the share is suspended voluntarily for say several months. In which case everyone including speculators looking for a short term gain , will be locked in.

Trojan. 100% agree 're diagnosis. The Old school doctors were not equipped to diagnose, not 40 years ago anyway. I would say a dark tunnel with no light at the other end or" The death of the imagination" sums it up.

JC ,with the backing of the board have said , in an RNS that they effectively would recommend the bid of 10.4p. I mean that just blows out the water all the hype and projected valuations . I don't know why all the discussion of 100p or anything like ..
