SYME 3’s first inventory monetisation transaction is live! Nuburu has subscribed to €5.25M bonds to fund Tekne S.p.A. inventory, secured by inventory and receivables, paying 3M Euribor + 7.5%.

High yield + low risk makes this very attractive to professional investors. A 7.5% margin is a highly attractive return in the corporate bond and government debt market will attract plenty of investors no doubt will be sold out very quickly..matter of a few weeks!

Likely buyers include banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and private debt funds seeking collateralised returns.

Full €30M program expected to be taken up in tranches over coming weeks/months as investor confidence grows.

SYME earns 2% platform fees upfront → proving revenue model works in practice.

Execution of this first deal is a strong validation of the platform and sets the stage for predictable recurring revenue and broader investor participation.

They said syme would never come out of suspension, they said it would go bust, they said huge dilution was coming ,they will say anything ! and they are clearly not invested.

This also means the convertible funding loan from Nuburu $5.15m is fully annulled and replaced with a bond so no share dilution there then with cash on lent to Tekne earning 2% upfront fee plus share of loan margin spread typically around 1.5% per year!

Small to start with but no doubt will grow in value given the depth and liquidity of the private debt market in Europe..I can see the remaining c.€25m+ bond line being soaked up fairly quickly.
