Can we produce/manufacture/ the volume?

Earth does this government expect to generate growth when the re-valuation of catering ,hospitality pubs etc will result in increased closures.

Two recent surveys. One says 2thirds of pubs will not be profitable in 2026, the other only 1 in 10 will be profitable. High st stores facing massive rises while trying to fight against cheap on line chinese goods (for eg Temu)that pay no import or VAT as a single sale. Cost of employing going up...again! Dearest power rates in Western Europe. Ever increasing parking rates..

Second largest town in my County is a ghost town. Only one bank left Professional service industry has left. Large retailer's all leaving. Nail bars ,tanning salons and barbers , phone shops are even replacing the Charity shops! Spend a few hours watching these places....no one goes in there! and yet they can afford the massive business rates. Drug users and drunks everywhere during the day and very few venture out at night.

No one is improving this situation. Rates go up and no one knows where the money goes..

Another three years of this and the entire face of Britain will be changed forever.

Quite amusing..post shareholder vote on item 5 to remove AZ

"It said the board also resolved that at the next AGM, it will again ask shareholders to vote on re-appointing Zamboni.

The INEDs believed, Supply@ME said, that permanently removing Zamboni would have a detrimental impact on its business and therefore would not be in the best interests of shareholders.

Explaining their reasoning, the company said: "[Zamboni] is the founder of the group and the business relationships and contacts that he has have been important in finalising the IM transactions that have been facilitated to date using the group's IM Platform.

"Without these business relationships, it will be difficult for the business to continue to execute its business plan in the short to medium term."

I presume the shareholders who voted against will now ask. "What im's" ?? What business model? what contacts... ?

He should continue but unpaid imo...

AGM Summary – Execution Phase Finally Underway

Just finished reviewing the AGM presentations/Q&A and thought I’d capture key takeaways for anyone who couldn’t attend:

1️⃣ 2024 accounts delivered + market restored

Company now clean and fully compliant. Focus stated clearly on execution rather than promises.

2️⃣ Tekne IM case is live

First working capital monetisation complete. Management described Tekne as the strategic reference case for scaling into the defence/security sector once final Gov approvals across the structure conclude.

3️⃣ Pipeline advancing

Multiple IM clients claimed to be progressing, with the commercial model now much more focused on recurring fees and sustainability — not one-off structuring revenue.

4️⃣ Funding runway confirmed

No talk of emergency fund raises. Nuburu partnership positioned as supportive, not controlling. No hint whatsoever of “going private” conspiracy that some have been shouting about.

5️⃣ Shareholder sentiment acknowledged

Board accepted criticism on communications and committed to more regular news flow as deals move to revenue-stage.
