I'm assuming yes but it will cost so it's all about eventually listing and see at what sp. I know there are minimum values insisted on in TSX. Fingers crossed. To be honest I'd assumed all this had gone away. Not given it a thought for years.

The share issue is one condition. The others? not mentioned. They have until april next year.
