But the problem from these bare statistics . The number closing is based on the ones left! The ever decreasing numbers ...That last figure was when labour came into power but the trend was there before but they have now finished the business.

Now , the very people that run the industry forecast in 2026 only 1 in 10 will make a profit. Those hanging on by their fingernails too what is a hard day job have seen the wages go up , contributions up and now the re evaluation of business rates. The Falmouth case is by no means a one off! £60K plus a year !

We will be left with a few Wetherspoons soon ...and a handful of boutique pubs.

Zero volume (showing anyway) looks like interims are in investors minds.

The spread is the problem. It's not as big as the headline spread shown here but too big anyway. That will only improve with higher volume and that only comes with news.

I want a bank that stays within the law, that keeps it's BOD in check when they come up with another dodgy scheme to boost their bonus's.

The last time I needed cash to buy a car many years ago I negotiated a personal loan. Having spent some time in the Industry I was fully aware how many people were feeding off Car finance.

I also want lloy to be a Bank ,not a brudy dell boy operation nicking a quid here and there . Not a Landlord, just a BANK!

I also want a government that displays some kind of confidence they know what they are doing..! No chance there either.
