50$ a barrel is an irelevant number and shouldn't be mentioned, he could say that the average producing cost once developement capex is done is 10$.
There are many factors to value a barrel in the ground- developement costs, time to first oil, porusity, financing, tax, the states cuts and on...
So if you want to calculate shares price in a success case, take 3$ barrel.
3 x 11,500,000m barrels is 34,500,000$, that should be enough to any investor as it means double the sp.
I believe that success case will take the sp to 5.5p for starters.
